Grrr.. This morning I got up to play LBP and I got the dreaded 'Recent changes to your profile could not be saved due to an unknown error'. Is this fixable in any way other than loading my newest game save backup? I have heard stories of people sending their saves into Mm, but I'm wondering if those people have the same problem I do.... If so how can I contact Mm with this? I have done a little research, but all I've come up with is that it is presumedly un-fixable. Thanks in advance! EDIT: After letting my PS3 sit off for a good hour, I turned it back on, only to find that I could now backup my profile again! But to proceed with caution I saved it in a new slot so I didn't over-write the working save. For all that I know, the original message could have been a lag issue, due to my having four quite laggy people in my pod... If you guys would kindly continue giving me info on this bug, I would b quite greatful! Thanks again! EDIT: Its back again!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!

I don't have an answer but thought I'd pipe in to say I've been having problems with LBP all week long. I got the same 'Recent changes to your profile could not be saved due to an unknown error' as well as not being able to leave comments on levels, and when I'm creating, I'll make something in front view, with the grid on but when i go to edit the object, without changing the front view or grid, the object will be off grid. And, a couple days ago, some of the objects and stickers I made myself from scratch, using materials the game gives us, had a exclimation point pop up when I tried to use them and I couldn't pull them out. I ended up having to delete a boss enemy I was making for someone else. It took me three days of tweeking everything to get the **** thing working the way the person wanted it to work. Another problem that started last night is it can take up to five minutes to load a lousy, solid color sticker...and it isn't my internet connection either.

It must be the new update, because it's been happening to me too. Does anyone know the problem and/or solution?

solution: delete the installed lbp GAME data NOT SAVE DATA. the install that carries the game program. then re-install lbp whilst keeping your profile. i have had to do this 4 times because of the recent changes to your profile thing.... just takes a while to re install. thats the only hiccup.
