Disabling 'O' button

Hey, I was trying to make a tool that would force people (object thieves) to quit game (and prevent thieves from actually saving the object). Well I tried to emit magic mouths to prevent everything (moving, etc.). I used the emitter from MGS pack with 0.0 frequency to emit magic mouths. The results were quite strange. I saw text bubbles appear and instantly disappear. Even with cinematic zoomings/angles/etc. I could still move. But I couldn't press 'O'. The only bad thing about it is the sound it produces. Idk, maybe people that steal others objects, without asking Yeah, but the thieves aren't now related to this effect. But if you tweak the emitter frequency to like 0.3 and add cinematic zooms then it's a trap.
