Great Scott! My Sackboy traveled back in time! Help!!!

Archive: 3 posts

Ok, so I noticed the other day that my game data and game save file had changed and I don't know why. The date on theem went back to 11/29/09! I have been afraid to get on, for fear of what I may find, but this morning, I couldn't take it and had to look. My pod and sackboy were not how I left them. It was like traveling back in time and seeing myself as a young lad...Seriously though, what the hell?!?! I checked my costumes and costumes I had made recently are gone. I checked my moon and updates I had made to my levels...Gone! Now I assume that the editing I had done and then published is still available, but what about unpublished stuff...I assume it is lost Anyone know??

Why oh why did I have to introduce Sackboy to Doc Brown??

I would guess that your profile got imported from your old pre-leerdammer savedata. As to why it happened or if your recent profile is recoverable, I have no idea. Check your lbp gamedata folder to see if your profile is in there (I don't know what you should be specifically looking for, unfortunately, but you may be able to suss something out). If there doesn't seem to be a way to recover it, you'll want to import a backup profile, if you have one.2010-08-04 19:11:00

It could be that your profile is too large that it has stopped saving, like mine did. Doesn't seem to be though.2010-08-04 22:36:00
