I dont think you can preorder the CE in canada yet, not sure about the regular edition though..

I live in Belgium, and here we can preorder it. But the price is not yet known, thats not so fun, but ey, at least i'm going to have it the moment of release.

Man, I didn't even think about what I had done after I got home from pre-ordering the collector's edition from gamestop. It just hit me when I was eating a hot dog and I started going crazy. XD
