Witch is better? Monster level or History packs?

Well, you seem to like witch's. I'd go with the Monster pack.

They aren't level packs, they're just single 'sowcase levels' with loads of stickers, decorations, materials etc for you to collect. (Just wanted to make sure you knew that so you don't waste your money) I'd say it depends on what you like to create. If you make massive cities, adventure levels and just general buildings etc, then you'll probably want the History Pack But if you like to make organic things like trees, creatures etc, the Monsters Pack is the place to go!
