Getting order into your Popit this time?

Archive: 13 posts

Categories, tags, alphabetic sorting, favourite categories or even custom "folders"?
Please tell me there will be something like that D:
The fullscreen Popit is one plus, but we need something more to keep the overview on hundrets of custom items ;D Takes me some time to find the thing i want in my popit

Looks like you can organize your stickers by color, as seen in the reveal trailer.2010-08-03 17:57:00

Custom folders is a must. It'd save bags of time for people with loads of stuff.

I read somewhere in create mode they'll be something like a 'stuff you've already used in this level' group.

I would absolutely love this.

I would make custon headers in my captured goodies bag with headers like "Logic", "Vehicles", "Weapons", "Traps", and "Characters".

I'd also love the ability to "hide" MM stickers or objects you've unlocked. It could be like deleting them except you'd have them in a memory bag and could "unhide" them.

I believe in one of the gevurah videos they confirmed you would create your own sections in the pop-it, like others have mentioned.

I may have misheard though :/

I've seen that, it will be the most useful little tool to categorize them!

In the article about the community jam where they list the new features they saw they said you'll be able to collaspe whole sections of your pop it, so say you wanna get to 'head' items but all the 'hair' items are in your way, you can just collaspe the hair section so it hides all of them.
They also list that they'll be an 'already used' section while creating. So every sticker, material, and oject you use will instantly be ready for access again.
I do not believe they have mentioned any sort of sort function or folder creation function though. But of course the talented gadders at Media Molecule are still creating our wonderful game so we'll wait and see!

yeah, its needed alot, you'll have alot of stickers if you got most of the dlc and completed 100%ed both games... the current one would just blow up in to a billion peices and then each peice would implode about 500,000 times and then youd be like.... uhh ohh I don't have a popit!!!2010-08-04 11:23:00

Yes, I really want to have the feature to create custom popit sections, such as "Stickers I like" Or maybe even "useful objects" And "stickers I used in the current level".
Since my popit is HUGE and it takes around 2 minutes to get to the coulors section.

That will be great for working within the thermo. I bet I have pieces of cardboard scattered throughout my levels.

@greyspence: I have most of the colours and realistic stickers hearted to prevent endless scrolling.

and YES to the option of custom folders.
