im intrested on the how to make simple objects, could some one from the lbpc get it and scan in the importance page, like making stuff, i not saying that the other stuff are not worth looking at but im rubbish at art, so i need all the help i can get

I think that the last strategy guide I bought was for Tomb Raider 1 =P With sites like GameFaqs and IGN, I've never seen the point of buying a strategy guide. Plus, they provide too much of a temptation to cheat too often. With Tomb Raider though, you really needed it if you wanted a fighting chance at beating the game =P Elton

Would be nice if we could all get together and make a unofficial LBPC strategy guide. Great idea! I really liked it, you could have almost everything covered in the guide, and make a big section wich contains structures/vehicles/buttons etc.! And I think I'll buy the guide when I go and pick up the game the 22nd, seems like its worth it, especially since I wasnt in the beta! (I cant fall behind you guys! )

Although you can get guides from the internet, the art that comes with the book along with the fact it's a bit of a collectors item make me want it.

Amazon has it listed for 14$. I just preordered it with 2 day shipping. It lists it as releasing in the next "3 to 5 months" but that's probably temporary "filler" until they know for sure.

I'm also intrigued about the advanced create stuff, did I spend all those last hours getting a 2 legged walker to you know, walk for nothing, will there be a guide to tell me how to do that? I actually hope not xD but I would welcome some looked over tips. And you should too. It really doesn't take long and you'll get an idea of the goings-on just by skimming throught it at least.

So there is an Official Strategy Guide released for LBP. I'm planning on ordering it, thought before I do, I wonder if there are any translated versions coming? I live in Holland and love to have one in Dutch. If so, when will it be released?

I never bought any guides before, so I don't know really if guides are translated to dutch, french, german etc. If they don't translate, I will just get the English version. Not that bad. Edit: Got confirmation from Dutch stores that they never had any translated versions of a guide, so I will just order an English one. Anyone know where to order? I tried gamestop, but they added 20 dollars of shipping to Europe. Amazon UK doesn't seem to have any in stock, so won't order from them either.

Yeah I saw it at play asia, also had 19 dollars shipping to Europe. So it's kind of like paying for two guides, when you receice one. Seriously, no european retailer has it >.<.
