if there in game thropies... maybe we can do if u get a trophy u get 10 experiance orsomthin... idk how many but it could be fun... maybe its impossible but u never kno. and u get more for the platinum off course so what ya think?

Interesting idea, I can't see it working in execution. It'd be too much work for the mods/staff. MAYBE one XP boost for Platinum, as that requires a lot of work on the player's part and not too much on a mod's but that would be it I think.

There's a few reasons why I say no to this. Like, it'll be too much work for the staff. The site will have a huge flood of members once lbp is released...I'd hate to imagine how many "Hey I got a trophy! XP Please!" requests there will be every day. Like Rabid Said, most are veeeery easy to get. Hell, even the hard ones can be gotten with a little help. Even if this is an interesting idea.

The idea is a good one, but no system exists to implement it. Trust me, if there was a system that allowed us a)hand out xp automatically and b)select which game and trophies would actually provide xp then I wouldn't have a problem with it, but there's just not enough time to do it manually.

How would you even determine if that person was just lying to get experience. Everybody would have to take a picture of their trophies to prove, and even that may not be totally valid. Anyways, at the least, doing the only Platinum Trophy sounds like a good idea. Instead of having people request with a horde of PMs to get their experience points at random times, CC or someone else from the staff could make a thread where members could post when they got their Platinum Trophy, and then update the OP so that whoever is in charge of that could easily see the list people and would take some of the work load off of him. P.S. I like my idea.

As I said in my post, I think it's possible with just the Platinum one, you won't get that many people bothering to get platinum, and even less that come to the board and ask for it, it's do-able, but then you wouldn't want too many XP points to give away as you wouldn't want someone getting gold status after just joining just because they had Platinum trophy, because XP is about work and time and contributions on this board.

I dont think it would be such a good idea to hand out extra xp for every bronze,silver and gold trophy you get, because then the admins would have been working all day and night. But however I do think we should get a little extra xp for the platinum one, because that one aint that easy to get.
