It's been a while since I made signatures in GIMP. I stopped making them around summer last year until I got a hold of Photoshop CS4. Since then, I've been working on youtube backgrounds. Here's a signature I did because I was bored. I admit that since I left sig-making alone for a while, I've gotten rusty. The way the background draws your eye towards the focal is great, but the 'The Cake is a Lie' text is badly placed. Make sure not to cover such a large segment of the focal with text.

Yeah, I understand. Holding down shift has got to be one of the most important things to learn in photoshop. That is a fact. I use shift for keeping things like gradients straight. I didn't know you could do that for renders though. It helps a lot now that you told me.
