Hey guys, I just came up with this level concept a week or 2 ago and figured I might as well start my return to LittleBigPlanet with this It is not part of the bunny series but I hope you enjoy it nonetheless! I will be working on the next bunny level so I hope to have that published in not too long as well. Pics and vids to follow soon.

Great stuff! You fit quite a bit of platforming and exploration in this one, and it has just as much personality as the epic bunnies. How can it be improved? Maybe add a few bunnies..... Great job! 5 stars and a heart.

Hah! Awesome! I heard about this almost a week ago! I have to play this level! It sounds very exiting! EDIT: Played it and I loved it! I thought this wouldve taken a lot longer! And the creatures had the most personality out of pretty much every other creatures ive seen in your levels! Great work! And a big ol :star::star::star::star: for you!

Checked out this level earlier today and toroughly enjoyed it. Maybe the best Kitchen level on LBP (not a small genre as you'd think). As I progressed through the level it got better and better. My favourite parts were the toaster and ingenious steam kettle plane lift. Some really nice detailed creating on the kitchen appliances, and the vent sections were very atmospheric. Always though it is a shame MM hasn't provided us with some domestic backgrounds like a kitchen or bathroom which would be great for levels like this. Great Job! This was great! I love cute levels like this. I especially liked the cat and the bouncy mouse. I also enjoyed the idea of the paper airplane and the egg on the skillet. Very creative. Only one issue. Right before the section with the blue gas, I managed to fall through the floor. So, I was actually underneath the blue gas, and there appeared to be a purple key and switch on a piston right around there as well. I looked at it again after I popped, and I'm not sure how it happened. 5 stars! This was great. I hope to see more bunny levels soon.

I really liked it! Got a heart from me. I'm a huge fan of the bananas!! The mustachioed one is quite grand and the "Huzzah" ones made me happy. On the moving platform by the cat at the beginning, my brother kept jumping on the wheel instead of the platform and falling off. I don't know if you could change that (maybe a thin layer to keep them from going back there?). It's no big deal, but it's there. Cockroaches were great. I love how they laughed evilly. I know they do that in real life. The toaster was awesome. The only issue I found was it was rather difficult to get up there. The eggs made me laugh. And cooking the egg to get across the stove--that was well done! And having been part the first four-player group to test your level, I can say it works fairly decently with four people. The mouse area, I'm sorry to say, was rather glitchy (but maybe that's just with four people). We were continually getting crushed or magically falling out. It was somewhat difficult to get it to bounce correct, too. It was a brilliant idea, and I quite liked it (especially good how it stands itself back up), but just had a few problems. The freezer was beautiful, if a bit confusing at first (granted, that may have been because there were four of us and we kept getting confused as to who was who). All in all, well done!

Wheee a Kitchen Katastrophy! :'D I excepted nothing special after reading the name, but it was really entertaining! First the bananas were great. Really funny! The cat was so cute, nice work on that. The enemies were nice, too. Gameplay wasn't really exciting, but not bad, either. Maybe here and there something new, something special, something that makes the level more interesting would be nice. (; The toaster was great, but I had to try a few times to make out, were I had to jump. The mouse part was pretty nice. Didn't had any problems. When I crashed something it automatically drove backwards, so that was really nicely made. I liked the freezer. Didn't see that in any other level...until now! (; I really felt like I'm in a real one. The part were it gets dark is also a neat idea. Like someone opens and shuts the freezer over and over again. I just finished playing your level, I was playing with 3 other friends and it was fun if not kinda hectic. I don't usually like the 'cutesy' levels but I didn't mind your level, mainly because none of the 'cuteness' was overused. I liked the fridge part of your level too, I thought the aesthetic of the fridge was strong. However the beginning part didn't really feel like an kitchen at all. I thought the level was varied enough to keep thing interesting too. The Mouse part was really hectic with 4 people though, since everyone was pressing 'R1'. I felt it was unclear on how to control the Mouse. No one in our game realised you had to 'R1' to jump instead of to drive. But that's really an minor complaint, We all still had an ton of fun. I gave the level 4 stars and an heart. For F4F could you please play my level 'Killzone - Assault on Helgan'

This kitchen is crazy! That just about sums it up, lol! This level was a blast to play - both the visuals and the paltforming were a lot of fun. I've played a few kitchen levels in LBP but this has got to be the quirkiest. Your character work is very impressive. I loved the bananas, the cat, the mouse and even the cockroaches (now that's something I never thought I'd find myself saying!). The kitchen appliances etc. were really well done too with some great details. You know something's good when you stop running through the level just to take a closer look. The gameplay was excellent as well and you managed to build in plenty of variety, especially with the addition of the fridge section at the end. The paper plane and the kettle in particular were cool and after I'd got the hang of it the mouse ride was fun too, if a bit chaotic (in my hands anyway, lol!). I was impressed at how you got it to right itself after falling over. Really enjoyable to play. I'm ashamed to say I don't think I've played any of your bunny levels but on the evidence of this I'm definitely going to rectify that! :star::star::star::star::star: and a <3

Just wanted to drop a quick note and let you know I really liked this level. It's quirky and charming and full of that lighthearted spirit that LBP brings out in people. I adore the cat and his movements are great! Love his personality too. Thought the egg part was very clever and the icebox has some challenging bits in it. Very fun to play. 5 stars & hearted!

I played your level tonight Foofles and I must say that I loved it! You have this way of making cute characters and you surpassed yourself here. It makes the level really charming. The cat is awesome, the eggs are my favorite! Pushing the little egg really made me smile. It's rare there are kitchen levels and yet this is so cool when you play one! The environnement you created was convincing and you didn't need the background glitch to make it do its job. Props to you! The vehicle part wasn't my favorite part of the level but at least it felt original. Vehicule parts where you actually do nothing are boring. The jumping rendered yours interesting. Lastly, I would have give this level 4 stars but seriously, it's so charming, cute, humoristic and using an original theme that I MUST bump this to 5. :star::star::star::star::star: + <3

heyy i played your level this morning and i got to say i really enjoyed it -the appliances (stove, toaster, sink etc) really stood out, they looked aweosme! -there was alot of movement with the characters, it made it exciting -the bit near the end where you are walking through the vents, presented a challenge (i like tht lol) -if i had to pick out something bad it would be the start, it looked abit bare and it didnt match the rest of the lvl :/ overall i gotta say, it was great :star: :star: :star: :star: & <3 if u hve time for F4F could you plz play 1 of my fallout 3 levels? ty

I finally got around to playing this one last night! I liked it a lot. It had great personality! I loved the cat, all the enemies were crazy and the hidden areas were a lot of fun. The mouse was a little hard to drive, but my son and I laughed a lot while I tried to control his insane bouncing! LOL The freezer killed me a few times thanks to my own impatience, but once I slowed down and waited for the lights, it wasn't far to the satisfying end of the level. I'd love it if you took a look at one of my levels if you have the time. Uncle Spooky's is the one I've been focusing on, but I'm working on something new and I think just about any feedback may help me learn something new that I can apply to it. Your opinion would mean a lot!

Thanks for all the feedback everyone I'll be giving feedback on your levels soon, I'm sorry if there was any delay. To be honest I envisioned the mouse part far differently but I couldn't do it in LBP the way I wanted. I also thought of just removing it altogether, but I think it adds a little variety.

I apologize for the mega-bump, but I've got my feedback. First off, I really enjoyed your level. The gameplay was very good, the humor used in your level was good, and the secrets were wonderful. I liked how it got me involved in the kitchen, like pushing the egg on the stove and turning up the stove. I really only had one problem that really seemed to annoy me, at that would be the background. It just didn't seem to fit in. That plain blue background just look rather out-of-place to me. Other than that, I gave it 5 stars.

Just played this level after forgetting that I was going to. I happen to be a fan of levels like this, I love Katamari, and anything with a weird off comic style to it like this. The cat was really good, smooth movements and well placed I died a few times there becasue I could not tell how close I could get to the bugs...and then the knife being two layers. The grabbalbe sguare at the base of the lext area and the button for the toaster both bugged me a little, they did not seem as well made as the other areas...kind of wishd there was a toaster lever hiding the button...or the whole button was one color. The grabbable just seemed too much that and not as blended with the level theme. Oh the forks with the grabbables looked good, but I did think they could have looked a bit more like meatballs with spaghetti (if that's what they were). The next areas all worked well, the paper airplane was a little glitchy before I could get it off the shelf...adn the mouse car went crazy on me, it flipped and I tried getting back up...but finally had to kill my self...jsut to fine there was a spawn point on it..but I lost the race by then. The blocky shape of the part you ride in could have been more flushed out like the rest of your level...I like the mouse, just maybe a way to keep hi from flipping and the player falling out? The worst part is it happened by a wall, so if I tried to flip it I would bouce off the wall and turn unside down again. I loved the icebox, the first twirky wheel did not let me in, I waited for it to spin around and I just fell down instead of going inside. The lights out area was good, but it made me wait a little between every other jump...not sure if a few second less in the dark would be fair, but I just felt the dynamic change a little during that part. Great level, you don't have to do anything, but if you are looking for some feedback still there you have it.

Hi, I played the level some hours ago. I have to admit this is not in principle my kind of level. Nevertheless I enjoyed it a lot. It really catches the LBP spirit. It is a enjoyable level with good gameplay, but more importantly an awesome atmosphere. The characters are very well designed, and the creatures are original. By the way it's first time I see the use of red and blue speakers as decoration element Overall a great level with lots of fun. Good job, :star::star::star::star::star: from me. If you have time, it would be great if you could gime me some feedback in my level "The tanks factory 2"

Well whaddya know, people still play this Thanks for the awesome feedback. Very verbose, much appreciated! Hindsight is 20/20 in a lot of these things. The mouse usually flips himself over, but I guess I could've went with the emitted mouse / spawn point at start kind of thing. Live and learn Will return F4F as soon as I can.

Hey your hindsight may be 20/20, but I legally have to wear glasses because my hindsight is so bad. The issue with the mouse for me was I was knocked out and when the mouse flipped over, it flipped over by the ledge so I could not flip back up with out hitting the wall...it did fix itself after a few moments though.

Nice level. The kitchen design is well made despite the lack of background and the characters looked funny and clever. The platforming gameplay is pretty good too especially in the refrigerator where the lights go back on and off. The only buggy situation in this level is of course the mouse ride since when you flipped the mouse, the wheels underneath it disappears and it caused me to restart the level. Overall, this level is enjoyable. 5 stars. Play and F4F any one of "The Hero Chronicles" levels.

There are lots of level in LBP community based on the kitchen, but I have to say your level is quite amazing ! I liked the way you design the characters (the spiders and of course the bananas !) The game play is pleasant, the puzzles well thought, I liked the idea to put the egg on the frying pan to go on. I met some trouble with the paper plane and the kettle, it didn't fly and disappeared, as a resultI was compelled to give up the level. Anyway it's a great level and I put a deserved :star::star::star::star::star:
