Can we Change the Pitch of Songs and Use them in LBP2?

| I can't see MM having a problem if we change the pitch of audio and post a disclaimer in the info of our LBP2 levels...If I remember correctly, pitch changed songs count as a cover, so technically it would be completely legal.
