Save points?
Archive: 6 posts
since im able to create games on lbp2, i was wondering, are there going to be save points? and if we do have it, how do you guys think it will work. For me i was thinking of just putting it anywhere and save, and ill be able to load that file and i can continue with the game which will be great for the RPG, RTS and survival horror genre. | 2010-07-31 18:15:00 Author: wait wtf Posts: 853 |
I thought of the same things it would be better than what we have now | 2010-07-31 18:51:00 Author: OJJ09874 Posts: 58 |
It would take up alot more space - I mean, there are over 2 million levels right now, right? When LBP2 comes out, eventually there will be another 2 million levels - and they'll probably all use these save points. I'm not sure the playstation could keep track of all of this! But, it's a possibility... | 2010-07-31 18:59:00 Author: standby250 Posts: 1113 |
Maybe it could be like the PSP Go when you pause your game. You can pause and it will save the level as is and leave. You can go to a menu and look at all your paused games. Im not saying it will happen but just a possibility | 2010-08-02 03:27:00 Author: Unknown User |
I think it has to happen.. How else would you make RPGs? | 2010-08-02 03:43:00 Author: Snrm Posts: 6419 |
It would be good. There'd be ways to keep a save point while keeping the disk space use minimal. | 2010-08-02 04:31:00 Author: Moony Posts: 368 |
