The Nightmare Factory: Episode 1: Lightangiefaramarzi or richochet-drei
Where there are dreams,... There must be Nightmares.

This is the first of 7 levels and then a conclusion which will take you to the Nightmare Factory itself. BLAST THE VOLUME PLEASE. And preferably One Player Only.

If you dont get to the scoreboard, something went wrong so report it here please. trying to find all the bugs i didnt fix already.

Hi there,

As I say in the comment I left on your level, it's rather an introduction than a level, but quite a good and beautiful introduction !
The good :
- The nightmare atmosphere is perfect (the big lights, the rusted metal)
- The clock ticking sound
- The TVs at the end

The less good :
- Maybe the scene on the chair is a bite too long for me but I guess it's for thrilling purpose
- So short can't wait the Episode 2 !

By the way how do you make the brightness of the lights gradual ?

The sound was very good! And it was certainly original. I'd say it needed to be darker at the begginning though, I think not knowing layout of the room and being able to see everything might add to the suspense. Its a very cool intro though.2010-07-29 11:44:00

Wow, very impressive introduction. You truly succeeded in creating a suspenseful atmosphere within the usual cheery world of LittleBigPlanet. I was also, throughout the introduction, thinking of how much logic must have been necessary to create that introduction. The logic in this level must be fairly extensive, which makes the introduction more impressive.

The chair scene seems to be stuck after the big spotlight flares and the screechy screams are. Stuck in the chair for more than ten minutes. ???2010-07-29 14:45:00

Yes indeed, very cinematic! Good use of lighting and amazing visuals. I suppose its acceptable b/c its an intro, but the scene in the chair, while nice, took too long. I would suggest staying away from long scenes like that in your actual levels. It will make players ask themselves "why am I sitting throught this?" and the less than patient will just quit your level.2010-07-29 15:04:00

Ok, I tried again and finished it. The Cutscene is waaaay too long. you may want to speed it up. It looks brilliant though as does the rest of the level.
the TV at the end that flies off to the right loses its screen.
