I was browsing through the Firefox personas, but when I looked for LBPC, there was only one. I thought to fix this. I am no good with GIMP or photoshop, but I know there are a lot of you who are. What I am proposing is a contest, with me and the first four posters who are interested as judges. The rules are that you make a Firefox persona based on LBPC in some way. I would if i used Mozilla, I wish Google Chrome had cool personas That LBPC persona looks awesome thats up there, im suprised there is one!

Yeah, I have it on, but there needs to be more. Also, you don't have to have Firefox to make one. Just follow their guidelines and the top ten will get published. Are you interested in judging, by the way?

Edited the first post to show guidelines and examples, and to clarify what the criteria for the judges is. Ok, so that didn't work. Here they are. Step 1 : Make a header image : * Dimensions should be 3000px wide x 200px high * PNG or JPG file format * subtle, soft contrast images and gradients work best * highly detailed images will compete with the browser UI * Firefox may reveal more of the lower portion of the image if it or an extension adds another toolbar or other UI element to the top of the window * the right-hand side of the image should have the most important information - as a user increases the width of the browser window, the browser reveals more of the left-hand side of the image * images must be no larger than 300kb in filesize * images over 3000px x 200px will not be approved * never use artwork/logos/photography that you do not have the legal rights to use Step 2 : create footer image : * Dimensions should be 3000px wide x 100px high * PNG or JPG file format * subtle, soft contrast images and gradients work best * highly detailed images will compete with the browser status bar UI * Firefox may reveal more of the upper portion of the image if the find bar is open or if an extension adds more height to the bottom of the window * the left-hand side of the image should have the most important information - as a user increases the width of the browser window, the browser reveals more of the right-hand side of the image * images must be no larger than 300kb in filesize * images over 3000px x 100px will not be approved * never use artwork/logos/photography that you do not have the legal rights to use - you will have to prove you have the rights if the content is questioned Step 3 : The deadline of September 1st is when we start judging and I put ENTRIES CLOSED in the thread title. Step 4 : The other judges (those that have Firefox (so we can test them (dont want a winner that doesn't work))) and I will test them. Step 5 : I announce the winners and publish them. Step 6 : You all get to have awesomeness for your browser, even when you're NOT on this site. Have fun making stuff.
