Creature Brain Help
Archive: 9 posts
As I've posted in several other threads, my copy of LBP seems to dislike creature brains, as I'm never able to set them to vulnerable. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, as I could use the remitter technique for removing items, but there's a problem. My PSP also now is experiencing the "Create mode emitted " glitch as well. Gosh, that's awful B3. How can I help? Well, attach a vulnerable creature brain to a static one-thick layer block, capture it, and publish it in a copyable score bubble! That will let me connect everything I need to the brain with strings, so I can delete it! First to help me out gets 25 XP. | 2010-07-28 19:04:00 Author: Voltergeist Posts: 1702 |
Ok level up, name: Creature brain for B3. Hope it helps! And what does the glitch do? | 2010-07-28 19:14:00 Author: HappyGreenCactus Posts: 247 |
I would help but my psp still will not work! SORRY! | 2010-07-28 19:17:00 Author: ConverseFox Posts: 2333 |
It won't delete objects spawned in create mode, so you can't use the remitter technique. Will send XP as soon as I test it, thanks a ton! | 2010-07-28 19:18:00 Author: Voltergeist Posts: 1702 |

In fact, vulnerable/invulnerable seems to have no effect whatsoever. Just use an unprotected creature brain and that should do the trick. My PSP does the same thing so it's not just you. Objects emitted in create mode do not disappear for me when the emitter is activated again in play mode. | 2010-07-28 19:37:00 Author: Taffey Posts: 3187 |
setting it to vulnerable makes it so that spikes, bombs etc will kill it | 2010-07-28 20:10:00 Author: Alismuffin Posts: 1328 |
Yeah, I noticed too if I set it to vulnerable or not, it won't matter. You can kill it with hazardous objects, as long as it's an unprotected brain. But my switches don't work at all on them. | 2010-07-29 00:59:00 Author: TheNerd Posts: 840 |
what happens to me with brains is if you set to vulnerable if you exit tweaK Menu and go back in it will change back to unvulnerable. | 2010-07-29 01:02:00 Author: SketchNZ Posts: 1668 |

But yeah, that happens to everyone. It's actually vunerable no matter what setting it's in. | 2010-07-29 01:07:00 Author: TheNerd Posts: 840 |
