Playing it right now...
Just got done and the level was very good overall, but the story was non-existent, and the blue car emits late. But it was very good overall.

Hey Sketch! You already know this, but ima say it anyway. AMAZING!! i love how it actually looks like some things r 3D. i do have one suggestion though. change the castle checkpoint to before the castle, not between it

5 stars and a heart!

I liked this level. Even though it wasnt perfect, it was still fun.

I was really looking forward to the race part. The car design was sweet, but i kept tipping over. SO I just left it and ran to the finish line. And it was a bit unoriginal. It was clear that your focus was on the platforming.

Here's some positives. I like the platforming part, and the little bear and how you just knew we would want to push it off the bookshelf.

The race was a big part in the level so i just gave you :star::star::star::star: and a <3.

I hope to see more from you!

This level was awesome!

Story: N/A/10
I don't have turbo yet so I don't really want to judge what I don't understand.

Music/SFX Choice: 8/10
I'm guessing both music pieces are from turbo so that's good. I didn't really hear any SFX but that's alright.

Corner Editing/Material Use: 10/10
It was a little boxy at times but the materials look great together.

Creatures/Objects: 12/10
These were awesome!!! I loved the bear at the beginning.

Gameplay: 9/10
Great platforming all the way through. Only trouble I had is when you fall off the snakes (right after the castle) it's really hard to cross the second time.

Overall: 10/10 (not an average)
This is a great level and I think you have a high chance of winning the contest and being spotlighted. I gave you :star::star::star::star::star:

Thanks for playing guys!

@Caywezy, yea i like the car but it dose seem to tip over if you dont stand on the front of it, it was a little unoriginal but i wanted it to fit in the Kids room theme well, Haha everytime i play tested this level i couldn't resist tiping the bear off the bookcase. Also there dose not even need to be a race in your level to enter but i wanted to put one in anyway

@Valmassoi, Thanks alot! im glad it was 10 out of 10! yea those snakes can be tricky sometimes and if you jump into the middle of them they can be a bit pinchy
I realy hope to get a wheely good sticker.

Hey SketchNZ,

This level was awesome! You whipped this up so fast, and everything looked good. It was great that it didn't look like any of the Turbo! levels, but it still felt like it belonged to the pack.

Your materials were great. I didn't see any Turbo! materials, so I know I can pull my level off without them.
The environment was excellent. You made your own objects and toys, and they looked good. I loved the Yo-Yo ride, that was awesome.
Nice job on the R.C. car, but I had to ditch it when it fell over. Luckily I was right next to the finish line.
Your teddy bear character in the beginning was awesome! Nice job with the stickers
The level felt kind of short, but there was a lot of stuff you put in there.
I noticed you started creating from the beginning wall and ended at the back wall.

:star::star::star::star::star: and a <3

Hey Sketch!!

Another great level!! This was a ton of fun.

It seems everyone loves the teddy, and gosh dang it, I do too. He was so cute, but I had to try and push him off the dresser.

I liked everything you made. All your characters were great, and your objects were awesome, I loved the skateboard, the yo yo, the bouncy couch, the box of Kleenex, and especially the stuffed Sackboy. The race was fun, and I liked getting chased down the ramp by the killer car.

Overall I think you did a wonderful job on this, you get five stars and a heart. <3

And good luck in the contest too!!!

Thanks Valcro and TheNerd!

@TheNerd, Thanks yup i made it fast but it didn't seem like it to me, i think i have play tested it about 100 times so i have pushed that bear off the bookshelf 100 times and its still fun to do because he screams yea there were a few problems with the car but alot of cars on lbp do tip over somtimes, and yes i started from one wall and ended at the other, i had hardly any thermo left too.

@ValcroJonze, Thank you! Im glad you had fun, it was fun making a different kind of level that isn't in a cave or factory i started this level as soon as i heard about the contest, i realy hope i get a gold wheely good sticker that would be awsome! its just a shame the contest dose not end for more than a month.

Great level. Felt very authentic.

Improve:

1. The plungers near the start you had to spring up were too thin(there's a glitch that makes sackboy fall through very thin objects), maybe make them a bit wider?
2. The car race at the end - The car had a tendecy to tip over backwards. To fix? Maybe hide a vertical rocket in the car to push it down onto the ground? Or make the front of the car heavier than the back?
3. Instead of using the car, you could just do the race on foot. I know this was maybe because the car tipped over alot, but if you fix the car I'd maybe cover the track in gas(like what they did in the Monster Truck level) and make the car emit at the race gate(so if you die it emits another one)

@ Domik, Thanks man! cant wait for those screenshots

@PJ, Good ideas for improvments thanks, i was thinking of doing the gas on the track but what kid has deadly gas on his bed? lol and the car dose respawn at the race start gate just in case. ill see if i can fix it but ill have to ask the contest people.

Well I certainly enjoyed playing this level, I was only dissapointed that it was little on the short side. The ideas in it were implemented well, and to be honest played very nicely too. The visuals were solid throuhgout and this really felt like a continuation of the Turbo! levels.

There were lots of hidden bubbles as well, which was a bonus for someone, like me, who like to collect bubbles and hit the high scores.

It looks fine, honest. Just material change the gas to the material of the ground(gas glitch) and make it really thin2010-07-28 16:14:00

Don't worry, I've got your feedback. As for playing this the first day it came out, I loved it. Since I finally came to post your feedback, I replayed your level just to remember what I should post about. Anyways, I guess I'll hop on to it.

This is one your best levels I've yet seen SketchNZ.
I like how the intro is with that Teddy Bear. The stickers made the Teddy Bear feel real. The Book Case gave the level a "Turbo! Pack" feel to it too. As I'm strolling I see a weird robot. I like how his atenna emits a signal. Very cool. I liked the radio with its wire going to an outlit. It makes me feel not only like I'm in a Turbo! level; though, as I were inside a giant room. Your corner editing was outstanding. Some of you characters were odd. Such as the tomato guy looked odd. Quite new obstacles that grabbed my attention.

I liked how your first race is involved with the bed. The cannon was nice, and your lava lamp looked so original. I would like to see some animated objects in a new level pack. Your level looked very nice. With a swing on the closet and jump on the couch, I loved the idea. I collected the score bubbles and tried to find all the prizes. At the end, I think your Sack Doll could've been done better, but the zipper looked nice. I had a blast playing this level. You have improved by a lot since your last level. I guess I'll start on your rating.

Length: 5/5 (Fun, Long, oh and bubble collecting.)
Material Work: 5/5 (Those colors gave off the feeling of a kid's room.)
Sticker Work: 5/5 (Very well implemented, and cool design.)
Corner Editing: 5/5 (You are so absolute and sharp. I see you take your time.)
Terrain/Mechanics: 5/5 (The area takes place in a room. Including obstacles with house hold items.)
Story: N/A (Not really a story, just platforming.)

Total: 25/25 Perfect Score!!

I gave your level best of what it deserved.
5 stars :star::star::star::star::star: and a heart. <3

Until I see you again,
