It's that time again! LBPCentral is proud to introduce the 44th installment of our bimonthly Community Spotlight. For anyone new to the crowd, this is a collection of the latest and greatest levels published by our very own members over the past fortnight. It's a big one... enjoy!

PS3 Spotlight
SMRC: Damocles DockToykyo/ToykyoMegaplex
http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu15/Morgana25_photos/APhoto_42-3.jpgWell.. this level was made for the Summer Reading Contest where you make a level off a work of literature. I happened to choose Lemony Snicket's "The Wide Window". An adventure awaits as you make your way through a cardboard port town to try and save your dear Aunt Josephine from Count Olaf.. err.. I mean Captain Sham..

Springs and slides and all manner of wacky contraptions litter this dock on the bay. An eclectic mix of platforming and scenery await players that load up this literary level. Some fresh feeling obstacles along with a strange an mysterious captain straight out of the pages from Lemony Snicket make for a fun level to check out. As is pulled from the imagination of Lemony Snicket himself (or, perhaps more accurately, the imagination of Toykyo), Damocles Dock is an absolute joy to explore. This cardboard cutout town is home to some crazy contraptions and stunning scenery. It's a fun and fabulous looking take on a piece from one of literature's most influential writers. Don't miss it!Having read a most of ‘A series of unfortunate events’ when I was younger, I defiantly enjoyed this little nostalgic trip. It’s nice to see a dock themed level without the intense piratey undertone and toykyo defiantly created some highly suitable springy and twisty gameplay. The character design is very true to how I remember Violet, Sunny and Klaus and this superb level makes me a little bit sad that the entire series of books aren’t reproduced in game for everyone's enjoyment
Kinetic CrisisL1GhTmArE/L1GhTmArE
http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c19/Rahsaan1/SpaceLevel/KC4.jpgAfter crash landing on a deserted planet, can you survive whats ahead?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qcH5IoYrWAc&feature=channel

Here is a level where every hour of effort is visible before your eyes. It's deliciously futuristic, with clever lighting, great use of materials and sleek shapes everywhere you look. It also has a boss that refuses to die! ... at least not without a fight. A must play for anyone who liked Interstellar Infiltration or Shoot! Jump! Die?.If you like sci-fi themed levels you gotta check this out out. Great lighting and some pretty cool high tech looking contraptions make a gorgeous backdrop for lots of challenging and varied platforming. Excellent boss that is a lot of fun to take out rounds out the long and gorgeous experience. I can only think of a few other space themed levels that impressed me as much in terms of material usage and lighting that brought the gameplay too. Fun and slick design my favorite combination! After a bit of a rude awakening on a dark and atmospheric planet, you're left to fend for yourself in this brilliant level by L1GhTmArE. Your journey from the barren but beautiful planet surface to the mysterious and dangerous spaceship hovering above is filled with witty dialogue, great visuals and fantastic hazards. To top it all off the superb boss battle at the end will really have you struggling for survival!
Struggle your way through a truly alien environment with a cunning use of complimenting materials and subtly suitable gameplay. If you’re a fan of the sci-fi genre then this one is a definite winner, taking a different approach setting half the level in a ship and half out on the wilds themselves. A great boss battle and a satisfying end, way to step up your game L1GhTmArE.
The Lost Planets: Red ZoneJoey/XTrophx
http://i709.photobucket.com/albums/ww92/Joester1991/TLPRZ5.jpgCrashed in a planet.. and your partner Nebulon is trying to contact the base. While Nebulon is trying to contact the base you explore the planet where strange creatures live..

Fantastic atmospheric lighting greets you in this otherworldly level from XTrophx. Make you way up alien landscapes that show off Joey's unique talent for organic geometry and unique platforming. The eggs you have to grab are particularly icky and cool and the sound design really sells that their slimy and squishy. An impressive boss design and a smoke filled ending end the level with a bang. He's known for his fast level design and after playing this level you'll remember him for his creativity and emerging lighting prowess. A great addition to the spotlight list, this level is out of this world!Thought your space-faring woes were over? Think again! Stranded on an alien world, you must fight your way through the breeding grounds of some not-so-friendly locals, to rendezvous with your only way off the planet. Fantastic lighting and atmosphere coupled with great platforming and a massive alien boss make this level a real gem.Today is a good day for you science fiction nuts, here is another equally good alien planet for you to fight your way through. With some tricky platforming and a superb boss section (I’m loving this splurge of great boss battles recently, it’s an art form all in itself). Great lighting and slick organic shapes abound in this one, defiantly check it out.

The Honey Hive 2shookie99/SX_shookie99
http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu15/Morgana25_photos/APhoto_43-3.jpgThe sequel to my most popular level is now published. More gameplay mechanics, enhanced visuals, platforming, honeypot cannons, honeycomb boosters, paint gunnin' and jet packin' your way through the honey hive. story, boss fights, and bees too.

A solid sequel to the superb Honey Hive, this level takes a unique theme, a warm palette of colours and some pretty cool bees and honeypots and bundles them together with awesome gameplay to make a level that's very, very sweet and not sickly in the slightest. The bees are back! A sequel to The Honey Hive, this level brings all the great geometry and propulsive honey jugs back for more fun. Continuing the story from the first level you'll need to explore the hive to see what's going on with the queen bee. Fun, lighthearted and simply designed, it's another great level from shookie99.If you enjoyed the first, then you'll really love this sweet sequel to The Honey Hive. Lively colours and shapes make this level truly fun to bounce around in, while the simple but well designed platforming will keep you alert and awake. Just don't expect a warm welcome from the Queen Bee!The Honey Hive was a veritable treat of sweet gameplay and very sugary visuals (stupid pun, I’m sorry). Refining the beat of the first hive comes the slicker and faster sequel which keeps the winning elements of the prequel and expanding on them in some clever ways.
Scorching WitchcraftBasketSnake/BasketSnake
http://img295.imageshack.us/img295/2976/aphoto.jpgThis is the last of my Witchcraft levels. The hunt for the witch comes to an end. Pure artistic style and platforming with lots of hidden stuff and funny characters.

So we come full circle in this level from BasketSnake. The first level of this series was one of the first I was privileged to put in spotlight 10 so I'm very happy to see the vision come to a conclusion in this spotlight. More zany characters, tipsy platforms and colorfully decorated bubbles make it one of the most colorful and strange levels around. I especially loved the wood lathe that sports wood shavings! It's a level that gives you back what you give to it so be sure to hunt around for bubbles and more scoring opportunities.[FONT=Times New Roman]Just saying this level is abstract won’t quite do it justice. Mrspookybuz’s levels are abstract…the tye dye level series is abstract…THIS IS JUST PURE INSANITY! The search for the ever elusive witch comes to conclusion in the most dramatically zany way possible. I’m finding it hard to describe but hopefully you guys will understand what I mean when you play it, and yes, I do mean when.
Mulberry Woodsmrsupercomputer/mrsupercomputer
http://www.brentsimmons.com/lbp/mw.jpgCrazed lumberjacks have constructed a sawmill and are cutting down all the trees! Journey to the mill, shut it down, and save Mulberry Woods!

Well, all I can say is, mrsupercomputer's done it again. This awesome remake shows some incredible growth in his creating style, while still keeping true those "retro" elements of the original LBP that the first level favoured. The decoration is minimal but highly effective - the materials and shapes look good on their own without being plastered with stickers, and the platforming, pace and score combos are spot on. Right down from balancing on sliced logs to fleeing a crazed lumberjack, the details are so much deeper, and the action is much more intense. A unique and superbly crafted masterpiece that shouldn't be missed by anyone (yes, even you).
'Tis the season of remakes around LBPC and when mrsupercomputer remakes his own work you know your in for something spectacular. The original Mulberry Woods was an early hit in the dark days of LBP so this newly polished and perfected version came with a lot of expectations from me. The materials shine and the characters give it heart all while hearkening back to a simpler time in level design. It's stylish design and ecological message will remain with you long after you hit the scoreboard. Thanks MrSuperComputer for reminding me of the golden age of LBP and bringing a new level of sophistication and style with this wonderful remake! The original Mulberry Woods was a piece of brilliance in its day, so it's amazing to see the incredible improvement MrSuperComputer has given his first level. The addition of a great 3D background, along with similar but entirely revamped gameplay makes this level superior to the original in every way possible. This is a true remake from the ground up, and it really goes to show how much the creator has improved. My, my, my! It does seem to be remake season doesn’t it? It’s nice to see great ideas recycled so perfectly to give new players the chance to experience the ‘golden oldies’ in a fresh light. As level standards ever increase, mrsupercomputer has been ever faithful in retaining a retro feel to his level whilst polishing it to a mirror sheen. A++.

Wood WorkOKINGO/O-K-I-N-G-0
http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=19434&d=1279468607A Level made entirely from wooden materials. With a few little puzzle games and loads of obstacles for any sackboy or girl to enjoy. Smooth edges and clean colours hopefully give this level something different from the crowd.

Simple wood in stylish geometry make this level a minimalist and pretty setting for some easy to moderate platforming. Friendly smiley faces add a bit of lighthearted whimsy to the otherwise spartan and modern style. A fun level to play with friends with plenty of variety in obstacles.Carved out of nothing but warm wooden tones and OKINGO's imagination, Wood Work is fun and friendly platformer that you'll enjoy from beginning to end. Its great obstacles and well placed point bubbles make sure that you will enjoy your stay.OKINGO has really take advantage of the high quality materials Mm has given us by letting us appreciate them in super contrast in this elegantly designed, platform heavy little gad.
The GREAT TREE Prologue: (1P) Stand And Be Counted.Gravel/GRAVEL
http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu15/Morgana25_photos/APhoto_41-3.jpgSo the Tale of 'The Great Tree' has been written... What is to be made of it-- I leave to each of you. Prepare yourself... "STAND AND BE ACCOUNTED."

Gravel's prowess as a character designer is unquestionable and he brings those formidable skills to bear in the prologue of this deeply woven tale of The Great Tree. The opening cinematic will leave your jaw on the floor and the subsequent scenery of lush foliage and glowing amber chunks will keep it there. Multiple paths in the second level ensure that you'll find a way to the scoreboard, that is if you can avoid the ingeniously designed guardians that will cut your journey short. Innovative, gorgeous and full of mystery, this tale of greed, exploration and adventure will leave it's mark on you. Splendid levels Gravel, welcome to the spotlight! As you first enter this level, you'll briefly forget that it is LBP that your are playing. Gravels character design is absolutely phenomenal here, and the detailed and stylized environment you will find yourself in are no less endearing. But the dazzling visuals isn't the only thing this level has to offer. No, Gravel has created a level with something that even the greatest of creators struggle with: a fantastic story. You won't be skipping any text bubbles here, because you'll want to take in absolutely everything this magnificent level has to offer.GRAVEL has always created levels with a very abstract flow, so what better way to make a level than to take full advantage of that and to make the most exploriest, most secretiest exploration level of them all! With a great little prologue setting the scene as a sinister doctor leers over you implanting you with a microchip and sending you on your way. Beware of the 7 guardians of the great tree though, they will put a quick halt to your adventure if you get caught by them. How much amber ore can you find?
Kikaiwa: CybernautsVanemiera/Vanemiera
http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=19259Drive the four wheeled "Cybernaut" through this Puzzle level. Please read all instructions carefully since controlling this vehicle can be a bit tricky. And keep in mind: patience and thinking wins over button mashing!

The mechanics of this level are some of the most unique I've ever seen in LBP, although they'll take a bit of getting used to! Groovy, retro visuals and a brilliant race concept make tootling around in this versatile vehicle a blast.Vehicles and puzzle solving levels aren't an anomaly in LBP but the combination of the two is a very innovative and welcome pairing in this level. It's got Vanemiera's signature style of VR material, mysterious one eyed beings and all the challenge you've come to expect from the Kikaiwa series. I found playing with a friend makes it both easier and harder so it's your call when you take on this latest in a long line of hard but wonderfully thoughtful levels from Vanemiera.Ever since "The Cluster", I've considered Vanemiera a pioneer of innovative gameplay. Cybernauts doesn't disappoint on that front! The little, four wheeled 'Cybernaut' that you will keep with you throughout the entire duration of this level is tricky master, but oh so fun to play with! The gameplay in this level is as fun and innovative as it gets, and the absolutely jaw dropping finale was the highlight of my day. I'm not going to spoil what it is for you though, go play it and find out for yourself!
Cubeworld: Stormy SkywayMrgenji/Mrgenji
http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/5457/78c1a2aff61a5f04935dac6.pngExplore ancient temples and terrible heights, seek hidden treasures face perplexing puzzles - All while battling the fierce tempest in the Stormy Skyway!

The phrase that sprang from my lips when I took this level for a spin was, "It's like an 8-bit Temple!" Boxy and beautiful, it has all the atmosphere of most temple levels in LBP and some tricky sections where you'll have to observe the landscape at hand to make it through. Really enjoyed it's unique style and the scoreboard area especially. Don't be square, check it out!Making a level entirely out of cubes is a pretty impressive feat, especially when it plays as well and looks as good as Cubeworld does. Plenty of hidden secrets, a great climax and some really special gameplay elements make this fantastic looking level a real blast to explore.Cubes? Check. Sky? Check. Stormy? Oh hell yes! Prepare to get blown way off course in this levitating and crumbling, faux 8-bit temple. A bit of a puzzler and never have I seen gusts of wind be so violent. You have been warned!
Fortefilipovisck/filipovisck
http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=19299It has some platforming, some swimming, some mechanisms... It has a x2 Sackperson section too! Below are some pics.

A wonderfully crafted and very fun level that brings beauty and innovation to the table as well. Loved the opening setting with it's mangrove like trees and lovely subtle lighting. The 2x fire wheel is an especially fun and innovative section. Good flow and plenty of platforming variation make it a joy to play. Subtle and classy, this is a great level. There's plenty of fun to be had in Forte, a well designed and enjoyable platformer that looks as good as it plays. Nice bubble placement complete with multiple paths and hidden secrets make this a great level all around.
Steel CityMalhat06/Malhat06
http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/1305/aphoto7.jpgThis is Steel City! An industrial platformer full of contraptions and fun. Enjoy. Made in Sheffield, UK.

This is what every platformer should feel like! Amazing use of the physics engine in LBP makes for incredibly fresh feeling, innovative, visually appealing and fun game play. Loved the materials, the lighting, the amazing variety of challenges…. I just can't say enough positive things about this breathtaking level!Building contraptions that look like they would work in real life isn't something LBP is know for, but that's exactly what Malhat06's Steel City has to offer. Using physics to build devices powered by the forces of the objects around them, this level engages the player in a fun and unique romp through a beautiful looking level.Real mechanical obstacles sure are becoming popular nowadays, and look no further for a great example of this than Malhat’s Steel City. A humorous yet trick maze and several iron pumping pistons, gizmo’s and widgets later you’ll be picking your way through this spinny world of cogs and flippers trying to keep your feet firmly on the ground. Some very cunning mechanisms and gameplay section end up creating a satisfying little run.
Retro 3D Shooter 2: Escape to the Cityblimpkid/MooseOfSpades
http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu15/Morgana25_photos/APhoto_44-3.jpgThis level is a recreation of something I've seen in LBP2 gameplay, where it looked as if the player was actually moving INTO the screen and not left and right. In this level you have to blast your way through enemy ships and get to the city while being careful that your health bar does deplete. This level is fast paced and full of action. Hope you enjoy!

Arcade action never looked this good before! Using a great visual trick, MooseOfSpades has made what appears to bee a front facing, infinite 3D shooter using VR material. Clever in design but still has the same 1980's retro visual feel of a classic shooter. Cute score pop ups and variety of enemies keep the action rolling. The only thing missing is the slot to put your quarter in!The great retro look and feel to this level captures the old arcade feeling superbly in this sublime arcade shooter spin-off. The illusion of the ground swiftly passing beneath you and the varied enemies that seem to never end keeps you in the action as you make your way to the city way off in the distance. Good luck getting there!
Seeking the Meaning : Part 2 - The Great TreeAsbestos101/Asbestos101
http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/1710/aphoto30.jpgUnable to answer the question "What is fun?", your journeys have taken you inside The Great Tree to ask the spirit that dwells within... Unfortunately, the Tree's inhabitants are less than useful...

Amphibians with bad habits populate the latest level in the Seeking Meaning series from Asbestos101 and they bring a lot of comedic moments with them. Fetching flies is just the beginning of the adventure and you'll spend a good deal of your time avoiding becoming dinner yourself. The lighting and materials make for a warm and homey environment even if it's full of creepy spiders and beer guzzling frogs. There's a downright laugh out loud boss moment you'll have to see for yourself. I'd venture a guess that the meaning of fun may turn out to be the gameplay in these charming and always surprising levels from Asbestos101!This fun and witty level courtesy of Asbestos101 is a worthy addition to his growing series, and possibly the best installment yet! The friendly, polished visuals and great ambient lighting make sure you're being constantly treated to some fantastic eye candy as you venture through The Great Tree. This level is a real treat to play, and one that should not be missed!
The Last GuardianGEK83/GEK83
http://img801.imageshack.us/img801/7084/p1000774.jpgTravel through an HUGE (reeeeeally big) level with your giant pet! Remember: he can't pass some areas without your help, but at the same time you can't continue your travel without him...

Dripping with atmosphere, this level has captured the feel and look of the IcoTeam games down to a "t". It's got massive stone work and gorgeous lighting effects throughout. The enemies and how they are dispatched is clever and the creature that helps you on your way is very unique and very much in the style of the game it's modeled after. Melancholy and mysterious, this level is a must play for fans of ICO or Shadow of the Colossus. The Last Guardian has had some huge expectations following it around since its announcement a while back, and a level like this can really only do one thing for fans of IcoTeam's games. Get them pumped! This level captures the spirit and atmosphere of a game that hasn't even been released yet so well the real thing will be hard pressed to match it. Great, innovative game play has you lead your massive pet through a beautiful level, as you fight mysterious monsters to protect your companion and advance to the final goal. This level has something for everyone, and everybody should give it a try, regardless of if they're looking forward to the game or not.
The Rocky Road (One player only)MattAtk/MattAtk
http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu15/Morgana25_photos/APhoto_46-2.jpgThis is my first try hard level that I made over the past few weeks/months. Its based on a mountain theme, as you can see from the title. Hope that you guys like it. Thanks

It's hard to believe this is MattAtks first true level, because it's a classic. Superb savannah themed visuals and well designed game play promise a bright future for this creator. Go have yourself some fun, and try out this now! Fire and wood, masks and mayhem, this level has them all. It's a good example of a creator that knows how to keep his materials working in harmony and letting the platforming be the star of the show. Pleasant geometry and nice variation of challenge make it a joy to play. Easy to moderate in difficulty it's a fun level that players of all skill ranges will appreciate. As Mattatk’s first level, it certainly stands proud in amongst new and old creators in this weeks spotlight. This sava]nnah level is full of warm tones and edgy shapes with a full on volcanic twist. A nice hybrid setting plays host to many themed obstacles as you duck and cover from falling flamey rocks as a volcano explodes in the distance. It’ll be interesting to see what Mattatk goes on to create if this is but his first creation!
SycophantCog/CogSpartan
http://i796.photobucket.com/albums/yy247/CogSpartan/lbp_sycophant_4.pngYou awake in a crashed drop-pod with no memory of how you arrived there. A feeling of deja vu takes you into a nearby facility that has long been abandoned. What secrets does this place hold? (One player only!)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z2spZdoWBHA&feature=player_embedded

The strength of this level is it's sophisticated story telling. Spoon fuels of text are fed to the player, tantalizing bit by bit until the rich full flavor of the tale is revealed. Stylized design in black and white with pops of red and green give it an artsy feel and the moderate platforming make it accessible for most players. Loved the graphic novel qualities of this level and really enjoyed the tale that was told.Coggywoggy! Nice to see that you came back to make one last monument to LBP’s greatness before entering hibernation in preparation for LBP2. Not many times have I been intrigued by a storyline in LBP, this was one of those times, where upon playing the level I had to go and read the entire story of it in your level thread! Cool shapes and colours aboard the science freighter create a sense of consistency and I did particularly enjoy the plants that had overrun the rooms before the end. The narrative in this level is all left to the last few minutes where upon everything thus far falls into superb context. A grand level indeed.
Logic Island and the Switch-Trigger TribeLuos_Desruc/Luos_Desruc
http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu15/Morgana25_photos/APhoto_45-2.jpgThe Switch-Trigger Tribe's God, Prox became very angry because we on lbpc have been talking about circuitboards.. and he now threatens with full annihilation unless a sacrifice is made.

You don't have to be a logic whiz to appreciate this level but if your into "and", "or", and the myriad or other logical contraptions of LBP you'll laugh even more in this witty and wonderful level from Luos_Desuc. Stone mag switches and keys, homes shaped like player prox sensors and puzzles and platforms made from the machines that make LBP tick show off some really creative design and a fantastic sense of humor. Beautiful, challenging and clever - a triple win in my book!Taking a well earned break from his Sack, The Legendary series, Luos has struck gold with an interesting logic-themed tribal level. Across the sea to the mysterious island tribe focused around logic gates and it’s obsessive god Prox, adventure will meet you as you solve puzzles and gad across the aging stone switch statues of old. Great use of visible switches as decorations is a nice touch as well as a grueling boss battle. This is defiantly one of the more inventive hybrid themes I’ve seen in a while.
Also from the Showcase...

These levels stand out from the crowd for a variety of reasons, so be sure to check them out!

Aside from having one of the best PSNs I've ever seen, Glass_of_Win has brought us one heck of a bubble-chaining action/strategy platformer that will keep both casual gamers and hardcore score-seekers coming back for more. Who's hungry for shish kebabs? The first of two levels in this spotlight for Glass_Of_Win, and it’s a fantastic journey through a quirky world. Treasure-filled ruins await you in yet another fantastic level by Glass_of_Win. A helpful frog guides you on your way past obstacles, though piles of bubbles, and through a marvelously maze-like setting as you seek fortune and glory. You had me at "ribbit".
What I like most about this level isn’t the rich environment, the excellent gameplay or even the subtle quirks and kinks of a sublime level – it’s the potential for huge bubble combos and even larger scores. This search for treasure will have you romping around a lovely looking swap to find the all-elusive high score, but good luck getting it!
Tasty Pastry? Or Just Desserts?ali985/Alismuffinhttp://i900.photobucket.com/albums/ac207/tross13/Spotlights/PSP%20%20Episode%2044/7-21-2010-0009-1.pngA level recipe. Or a recipe level? Either way, it's something new I thought I'd try.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QnPVjlOFjB8

I have never seen a level quite like this one before... but I wish I had! Take a stroll with Alismuffin through a kitchen and help a chef (who has an eye for epic moustaches) complete a tasty recipe. Fly around and collect marshmallows, drive an adorably smelly carriage, and scoop up chocolate sauce. Mmmm, is it my turn to lick the bowl?Creamy visuals, fluffy vehicles, and a tangy chef: these are the ingredients of a delectable level that is a treat to both look at and play. Ride some confection inspired contraptions while you race the timer and enjoy some finger-licking good gameplay as you fulfill your role as a sous-chef to the kitchen. Be quick, but be careful, or you may be toast!
A spotlight for this delicious level from Alismuffin, and for good reasoning too. Three excellent races, one great looking chef, and tonnes of awesome visuals will have you begging for second helpings., So don’t disappoint your stomach, and get the best recipe level here from alismuffin!
Ted & RobiXenon/XenonHMWhttp://i900.photobucket.com/albums/ac207/tross13/Spotlights/PSP%20%20Episode%2044/7-21-2010-0008.pngTed is spending the day "with" his father at his company. Thankfully he brought a PSP and a book so the morning went by by quickly. It's almost noon and Ted is getting hungry.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yz_VsyzIOEA

The genre of cooperative robotic gameplay has officially been defined, thanks to XenonHMW's latest creation. Spend an afternoon snooping for corporate secrets, and make your escape through some deviously entertaining obstacles... with your new best friend of course.Think you’re tough? In this level, XenonHMW conveys a compelling story of a boy and a robot that will have you on the verge of tears. Relying on your robot friend to reach inaccessible areas will help form an affectionate bond and give a cinematic quality to the gameplay experience. So if you’re up to testing both your brains and your heart, be sure to give this level a go.
A boy and his robot set out on an almighty journey that’ll have you gasping as you brave your life for a lifeless robot. Despite warnings from your dad, will you be strong enough to survive through to the end, or meet a grave finish? Your destiny is literally in your own hands.
Timber Canyon IIVelcroJonze/VelcroJonzehttp://i900.photobucket.com/albums/ac207/tross13/Spotlights/PSP%20%20Episode%2044/7-22-2010-0002-1.pngWelcome back to Timber Canyon.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZKL-ykNa2vI

The master of bubble-chain platforming shows us how it's done in this triumphant return to our favorite all-wood destination. If you're expecting score bubbles galore, jumps of epic proportions, and nonstop action... then you certainly won't be disappointed. Oh, but you should watch out for the catap...boing!Entirely made of wood, the original Timber Canyon enthralled us with its elegant simplicity in both visuals and gameplay. Now it’s back with even more bubbles, greater challenges, and more of those patented surprise launchers. What I enjoyed the most were the daringly high jumps off cliffs that kept adrenaline flowing throughout. Will there be more hand-carved masterpieces in the future? Let’s knock on wood!
If you played the original, you’ll know what to expect from this one, and you’ll already be knocking things out of the way to get to your PSP. Even if you haven’t, I advise you run now if you want enthralling gameplay, woody visuals and also quality level design.
Trifari AdventureNight Angel/NightAngel321http://i900.photobucket.com/albums/ac207/tross13/Spotlights/PSP%20%20Episode%2044/7-21-2010-0007.pngConquer land, sea, and air during your safari, and help save the natives from the mysterious monster!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xa55r-stjOQ

The only thing better than a good old-fashioned safari adventure is one with vehicles. Some truly one-of-a-kind obstacles intersperse brilliant races in a gorgeous jungle setting. But really, it's worth downloading this level simply to drive the Gator Buggy. I want one in real life. With the variety of gameplay NightAngel has to offer in this level, a true adventure unfurls in the leaves of a tropical rainforest. A superb pacing graces the layout with alternating race and platforming segments that keeps the action flowing and building up until you confront the beast at the heart of the forest. Jump carefully, and you may just live to tell the tale of your wild adventure.
An unusual setting will soon become one of your favourite levels as you race your way through a beautiful safari level. A deserved winner of the Triathlon competition because of unique gameplay and clever dialogue, along with some outstanding visuals. There’s not much more you could want from such a fantastic level.

Hey everyone,

This was a monstrously huge spotlight indeed! Although it was a lot of work, we enjoyed playing all the levels, and we are ecstatic that both the PS3 and PSP community is still thriving in this day and age. In general, we saw a great improvement in overall quality on the PSP side, and we hope it continues to improve over time. Thanks everyone for sharing your levels, and congratulations to those who made it to the spotlight.

Also, I'd like to mention that the spotlight crew has got me into the LBP PSP levels. I hardly ever looked at LBP PSP but now I love it. Thanks for saving portable fun for me!

Ohhh, new levels to play. Think it is time for another poem for community spotlights...

OH MY GOSH, WHAT IS THAT?!
What? What? what?
At the top of the page of LBPC
A new community spotlight I see

Brought to you by;
people not at all shy:
There's Holguin86
His level choices really kicks (a$s (could not resist))
We have Morgana25
Queen of the hive
Then there's Duffluc
Full of luck
and also Asbestos101
who knows how it's done

And we also people for the PSP
I see there are three:
We got Taffey, tsr13
He gives colours to the screen
also Jeffcu28
You deserve a high five, mate
and there is also coxy224
Giving even more!

Ya like? Hope no one gets mad over where I have put them in the poem (either last or first), it does not matter anyway, just so that is said.

Whoa! That's one big list of levels. I've plaid 3 of those, and With all the great levels I didn't have time to play from the previous spotlights... It's probably going to be easier to build a time machine.

Also, Spotlight team, I'm really appreciating your work, seeing as those are only a portion of the levels you play... Seems like someone DID invent the time machine!

I got round to playing some yesterday, and I have to say, wow, as always, the quality is amazing. I especially liked Stell City, but I couldn't find Lous_Destruc's level, did he delete it?2010-08-06 09:33:00

Not that I'm aware of.... should still be there. Let me check his thread....

Doesn't mention it's been deleted - should still be there. It's in my hearted list if that helps you find it.
