In some levels popular users say <3 and a creator heart. Does this mean that they voted for it to be spotlighted? No comprende.

If someone says they hearted a level, that means they hearted it in game. And please don't be afraid to ask questions, we're all a friendly bunch here.

All levels get played for spotlight consideration, there's no public voting system in place for it. All you have to do to have a chance at getting a spotlighted level is to make a thread in the level showcase
