(Pronounced 'blook-row&apos The first in The Space Temples Trilogy. Interstellar Indians abducted you from LittleBigPlanet 300 years ago. Can you escape this mysterious world and return to yours? - 7/23/10
Sketch of Level (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=30165-My-Level-Sketching-Binder&p=522835) | The Space Temples Trilogy Project (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=30581-The-Space-Temples-Trilogy&p=531058)

This is the second level I've created on LittleBigPlanet PSP. It is the first in the line of three levels that will follow the plot and motives of Sackboy and the Interstellar Indians. This first level brings up a lot of plot points that will be evolved over the next two levels, so I hope you stay involved with the story. If you would like a general rundown of the trilogy, please click "The Space Temples Trilogy Project" above this paragraph.

This level contains streamlined space headquarters, moving elevators, Cryo Chambers (both erect and wrecked), Pipes and Tunnels, Flags, Jetpacks, Switches, Slight Humor, Fatal Ore, and a Big Vehicle of Epic Win!

I'd like to give a humongous thanks to ali985 and TheNerd for beta testing this level and giving me their feedback! This level wouldn't be nearly as polished without you guys!

Thank you for the kind words! I may ask you to make a character for me in the second and/or third level if I come up with an idea.

Wow this level was very well done! One main confusion was that it was called a Space Temple. It seemed to me that it was more of a alien corporation than that, but maybe that'll be different in the next two levels.

Story: 9/10
Beginning was great, just seemed to me like an alien race that captured Sackboy and put him in hibernation for a long time. I loved the beginning when it said stuffed with mysterious fluff and no nervous system lol. The rest seemed like an escape from the "temple." The end on the vehicle talked about the blue ore that allows them to live, but some died from it so they're looking for a new substance. Not the most solid ending but it worked.

Music/SFX Choice: 10/10
Great song choice, and awesome SFX at the right moments.

Corner Editing/Material Use: 10/10
The whole entire level except the end (which made sense) was blue styled. Stickers, materials, the whole shabang. Looked great and corner editing was awesome. Starry Gas in the background was cool but exposed the fantasy background, I'd change the background to plain blue, but that's just me.

Creatures/Objects: 9/10
No creatures which is perfectly fine, the vehicle at the end was a little jerky but no biggie, it looked cool.

Gameplay: 10/10
Everything is perfect in this level, between jetpacks, searching the level, levers, and puzzles this level had a great concoction of awesomeness. Only flaw is one lever wasn't glued down. It's the first lever near where you enter the level.

Overall: 10/10 (not an average)
Loved this level. Really fun. To anyone reading this download it NOW!!! Not even kidding. This is easy to rate with :star::star::star::star::star: and a <3. Can't wait for the next one!

F4F: If you'd like to check out my Malbora series it's in my sig, but I don't really care. Do it if you want to.

I appreciate the feedback! The Story does sound a little convoluted at first, but most of it will make since in the next two levels. The lever that I think you're talking about is the one in the Wrecked [Cryo] Chamber. It's not glued down to give the whole chamber a little more of a "broken" effect. I'll try to post some feedback on your level as soon as I can.

Btw, valmassoi's right...Download it NAO!

Hey man, thanks for letting me be able to test this level!

I loved it! I haven't played your other levels so I'm not sure if they are anything like this, but if they are, they should be amazing! The visuals were my favorite part. You used all of your layers perfectly to create an AMAZING environment. I loved the gameplay and I thought that the story was great! I can't recall having trouble with anything in the level so you did a great job there. I'm sure that when you finally publish this it will get the full spotlight and everything. This level was amazing!

Great job man! Five stars and a heart!

@eagerneph Thanks for the kind words, and it's already published lol

@randomperson3459 LittleBigPlanet PSP makes creating a lot easier and less intimidating, in my opinion. I was actually able to create some levels quickly, which on PS3 would most likely take me months. And you must play this level! (or else...)

That was great. It looked fantastic and the gameplay was good too.

Improve:

Vehicle - it was really clunky. The reason for this is because it is really heavy, yet it is put on springs with rubber wheels on them. To fix, instead of attaching the wheels to springs, glue a thin layer rectangle behind the vehicle and attach the wheels to that with motorbolts

I was planning on doing the way you described for the Race for the Case contest. I actually wanted the vehicle to feel clunky, to make it feel like there's this big weight and it's pumping something. It also allows for the vehicle itself to slightly move back and forth with the pumping.

The main body of the vehicle is attached to two very small squares with springs. One wheel is attached to each of the two squares with a motor bolt. This way makes the body put weight on the wheels.

@unXpectiD - It is!!! Play it!
