Evil flag

In a level I'm about to publish a MM made flag I decorated keeps getting in the way. Is there any way of moving it into the theck layer or making it "walk throughable"?2010-07-23 13:22:00

You could try to break it in place, you could pass through it, like the knife glitch. You wouldn't be able to move it after though.2010-07-23 13:59:00

Hmm, sorry, I had never tried it before. You could also try to emit it into he background/foreground if it still looks good. That part is 3 layered so I can't do that. Theres no need to say sorry, thanks for trying to help. Its a pain when objects force you to change layer in mid air :/.2010-07-24 23:15:00

So what's the problem here, more specifically speaking?
Is there no way to jump or go under it?
Is it necessary its there?
Could you not edit the flag pole to make it passable?
Or do you have an image you could show us, that would help too.

So what's the problem here, more specifically speaking? I have a circle of sponge that shoots you up when you grab it but my flag makes you change layer sometimes.

Is it necessary its there? I think the start of my level looks a bit empty without it but I deleted it and published my level without it anyway. I have the object saved in 'my objects' so I can replace it if someone thinks of a solution.

Could you not edit the flag pole to make it passable?I don't know how to or if its even possible.

If making the player shift layers is the problem, that can be fixeed by placing a thin gas wall in front (or behind) it so the player won't switch layers when he/she passes it.

Glad you figured out a solution!

The level looks really good but it felt awkward without any music, just the occasional sounds and my sackboy's feet hitting cement.
