SSBB: Snake's Final Smash.

it wouldn't be hard, really. not that hard.... you could just make a cross hair, 4 right angles, and rod them together. Put an emitter that's controlled by X on it that makes a bomb detonate where the crosshair is. Add enemies and a surrounding and there I go!2010-07-21 14:07:00

This can already be made fairly easily, I think. I'll whip up a prototype and show you soon if it works.

I think Super Smash Bros has already been recreated dozens of times, even I did a rough version once. But with the inclusion of Final Smashes, I think you could probably have a fresh approach to the genre. Only thing is, how would you implement character selection? Hey, I wasn't gonna try and remake SSBB, but seeign as you guys would like it, the moment i get my hands on LBP2 (and at least have the story mode items ) ill start building!
maybe even tomorrow try in lbp1... who knows?
anyway, id add the right stick to control where the crosshair is and there was one more thiing.. aggh....
well this isnt it but i could use 3d layer glitch to make soolid snake...
this isnt it either but i published a minilevel on my second file, SnackboyLBP
... oh well

I think the moderators would probably delete it so I think you should put your own kind of twist to it such as changing the name of the characters slightly. For example: Change Zelda's name to something like... Helda. (Stupid example)2010-07-23 09:23:00

Well I had a go at it, but it failed. I couldn't stop it from leaning to one side when moving x]
Anyway, i'm sure it'll be pretty easy in LBP2

Why? Tributes like this are acceptable now. The games industry (mostly) now love LBP.

yay :3 and the reasons it wont work in l bp1 but will in 2:
-no control seat in lbp1. Otherwise moving the crosshair would be near impsosible.
-official 3d layer glitch. Now it'll be much easier to use 3d for the Solid Snake.
-anything else you can think of x3

To move the crosshair in lbp1, couldn't you just put sackboy in a jet pack surrounded by a grabbable cage? There would be a thin wall separating the cage and the crosshair (this wall essentially would be the background). Then, thin gas could attach the two pieces (jet pack cage and crosshair). R1 then could activate the emitter.

I've seen an airplane game where I think the creator did this.
