| Simple Plan. The whiniest, shallowest group of brats I've ever heard to get a record deal. I don't mind emo, though I'm not a big fan, but I really hate emo that sounds like it was written by a 15 year old girl whose dad just scolded her for getting a D in English. Five Finger Death Punch are pretty terrible too. The embodiment of everything I hate about modern metal. I don't like Metallica(EDIT: That's actually a lie, some of their songs are pretty cool), but I'm missing them. Bands like FFDP are kinda like a more, humorously masculine version of Simple Plan. That's why I kinda like the black metal scene, because most of the Norwegian bands are actually messed up. Like, making soup out of their dead lead singer's brain messed up. Not the "no one understands me! I'm gonna break a window with a brick in slow motion!" kind of jock metal that's on the radio today. Let me read you a comment off of a Five Finger Death Punch video. This was the highest rated comment. "it truely never is enough no matter what the situation is........ unless ur those little spoiled **** holes that live off mommy and daddy's money and can get away with murder so if ur one of them u only think it never enough try to live TRUE metalheads lives...... you'd probally kill ur self after 2 minuntes " Oh my god, what a snob.
