The Movie maker tool in LBP2 will be awsome but hwo will we use it? I personally know what to do but do you also have to write subtitles? Well they do have it in the trailer.....So I think I just answered it lol

You put white cameras, looks like the camera tool in lbp1 but it is white, around the level. And every cameras has a wire, so you can wire cameras together. Then you can choose effect, fade out and that stuff, and how long the transition should be, and how long the current camera image should last.
