How do you report a psn user ?

| I know I have seen this somewhere before, but I just cant find it :s I have searched the offical ps site, but no luck how do you report a psn user to sony ? it would also be usefull to know what happens to these users ? does that psn get removed ? the reason is, I have an impersonator :/ they have their psn as 'samaiot' but with a capitak 'i', 'I'. so it looks like 'samaIot' they have been trying to get account info from my friends and sending offensive messages, which make me look bad and waste my time  Also - I know that computers use IP adresess, which helps match two people.
