Why don't we have some psp creators on the creator spotlight? I'm aware that it might be different to the ps3, but it would help both sides get to know each other, and I know a few people that are getting ps3s for lbp2. Most of us over at the psp forums want our community to expand, and it would be a great way to help existing members and entice newb ones... What do you think?

I personally like the idea, but as the PS3 side of things are far larger in proportion, I think the best way for it to happen would be for us to have a serperate PSP Creator Spotlight (similarly to the PSP Community Spotlight). This way, whether you have a PS3 or a PSP you'll always be able to find a creator for your platform once a month. It sounds very possible, but finding people willing to taske on such the stress and strain would be a lot harder.

I kind of suggested this in the newest creator spotlight and think this is a great idea! I'm not sure about videos of levels, they would lack the funny commentary and that stuff but I think it would be nice to also have PSP people recognized in the community, there are so many good creators on that side. I think I would be interested if someone was creating a team for the spotlight... Doing it alone sounds scary and also pretty selfish in a way...

I think what you guys need to do is find a group of people who are interested in doing this (How about making a thread in the PSP section) and organise this yourselves. If you can get a spotlight done I'm sure CC would then make it official (With it's own section in Site Updates and being posted on the home page).

Unfortunately, none of the current creator spotlight team even owns a PSP and adding on the task of getting more people just to do that makes my head all dizzy and such. I think the best bet is having a separate team doing this that are familiar with those creators and can take on such a huge task. (Trust me.. it is!!!) You might ask CC on doing a thread looking for a team to help organize and do these. Not sure where they would show up and when since currently we rotate with the Community Spotlight. I would be more than happy to answer any questions for that new team on how we go about certain aspects of our job.

If you do find a group of people who are willing to make a PSP spotlight, shoot ConfusedCartman a PM. Just take note that if we attach our name to it, then there is a certain level of quality expected... so we would need people who are willing to put in the time and effort to put out a professional, polished spotlight.
