The Best Buy website says that LBP is available. And it was also available at the Best Buy closest to me (Nashville,TN USA). So I went to Best Buy to check hoping that I might get lucky and they would have it out. The guy said I'm not going to lie to you we have them in the back but we can't sell them till the 21st. He said I want a copy myself but I can't even buy it till the 21st. So LBP is in our local stores maybe someone will get lucky and find it early. Dude, go find someone new there everyday. Keep going to Best Buy, and ask a different sales person every time. Hopefully you'll come across someone dumb, and they'll give it to you.

Just go up to a person that just wanted the job, doesn't follow on games or isn't a gamer themselves, and ask them if they have LBP in stock. Hopefully LBP isn't in the ' NEW NON RELEASED ' section or w/e they have in the back... my cousin who use to work at BestBuy gave me a nano video for free lol.. he said it was in the ' new ' section.

sometimes though if they are not supposed to sell it, even if they give you the copy when they try to scan it, it will scan as $10000 to tell them that they cant sell them.

It just seems dumb that they have to wait until a certain date. Nothing will change in that time. It's like milking a cow, then being thirsty for a week waiting to drink the milk. I know, I'm like Freud.

Each shipment takes a different amount of time to arrive, so they want to make sure all stores have their copies ready to sell. The only way to do that is to set a date that they want to release it on, and not break it. The reason some people have copies now is due to a combination of new, stupid employees, careless management, and clever consumers.

The reason some people have copies now is due to a combination of new, stupid employees, careless management, and clever consumers. Aw, I wish the stores near me had dumb employees/management. i am actually trying hard to trick some people into selling it to me. GameStop said no outright, but the people who I've talked to at Best Buy seem confused by it all, so here's to hoping.
