We need a tracker like in Mario Paint. It would be awesome in LBP. Then imagine you save your songs in those little radios and then put them in your levels. I know Media Molecule must be looking into upping the bar for musical creation compared to LBP1 extreme archaic ways. There's "music composition" that appeared in one of the published videos about LBP2. It appeared in features a list. This means they are planning stuff. What stuff? I sure don't know but they gotta beat Mario Paint!! .

Someone asked about music composition in the LBP2 new features thread, and the response was "Sorry, that's one of the things MM won't let us talk about" or something along those lines, so I'm thinking it's going to be something big.

Well, sound objects can now be set to an automatic sequencer and squeezed inside a microchip. Maybe that's what they're referring to. Also, there's now an option for sounds to be heard throughout the entire level no matter where you are.
