I remember like 3-2 months ago, youtube deleted all videos with that sound in it. Cuz the actor thought it was mean of them, by making that. 2010-07-11 20:51:00

No, Constantin films said it infringed copyright (Which under Fair Use it clearly didn't), but the makers of the videos didn't have the time or money to take it to court so they had to take them down.		2010-07-11 21:45:00

“Constatin Films has filed a copyright infringement claim against this video, right before it was about to reach 500,000 views! Even though it falls under Fair Use, I suspect this video will be taken down soon. Sad face.“

Downfall director Oliver Hirschbiegel told New York Magazine that he laughs at the parodies. “You couldn’t get a better compliment as a director,” he said. Unfortunately, Constantin Film’s legal team isn’t as easygoing about it.
