Need help with elevator Logic

So I designed this switch long ago that consists of two blocks of glass on pistons that pop out and hit a three way switch in the middle.

Each piston is rigged to an up and down arrow respectively.

When there are multiple players and both arrows are grabbed the switch is crushed between the two blocks.

Any ideas how can I prevent this?

go onto the logic pack and go into (i think its advanced) copyables level/s. there is a 3 way switch similar, but it uses winches not pistons and blocks, connecting the winches directly from the sponge-stuff to the dm.

Also you look up the logic pack in LBP and copy the advanced elevator level.

Thanks dudes.

I added winches so hopefully it wont break if both arrows are grabbed. That elevator in the tutorial will be perfect to use in my Sky Temple (http://dtothetee.blogspot.com/p/sky-temple.html) level.
