Gravity affected water

Archive: 6 posts

This is total madness, but I think that being able to set water coming down from the top of the screen would be cool and work for some strange stuff.
I mean, like having water as a roof instead of a floor.
Like gravity inverted puzzles with sponges that goes downward, and swimming through the edge of the water that will make the sackboy fall down instead of jumping.

I know it's a retard idea but it would be easy for MM to do, and some people would have wonderful ideas to use it.

You could make it using water, the camera and the gravity tweak2010-07-05 22:01:00

That would be a good idea, the only problem is the sackboy would be upside down, unless he was in a DCS on a sackbot with Magic Rockets inside the microchip, but if you didn't have to use the camera, that would be cool, all the water on the top part, put the gravity back in, WOOOOOOSH!!!
Lol.

I don't know about that yes i think it's possible since currently water is like floor zone and it might rotate, but i think what happens if gravity change drastically upside down, dynamic water simulation need lot of processing so i don't think they implement that, so as result water would act quite unrealistically.
