An explanation on the DementedChimpanzee situation

Hey guys - Insane here again.

I'm sure you all know about the recent trouble we've been having with the person who was trying to get Poo banned. Well, I have an explanation.

I'm very embarrassed about all this, but I suppose it would be best to explain the situation on which everyone is confused. You see, it was my son who became 'DementedChimpanzee', 'BanAFP!', and eventually actually figured out the password to my account here. He did it without my knowledge, and had an odd explanation of his actions...

I'm actually not sure this is the real reason for his actions, but I'll tell you what he told me. He claims he did it because he wanted high ratings on his levels. Honestly, he isn't the best creator, so his levels were unpopular. I will leave his PSN ID unmentioned. Anyways, he thought if he somehow got Poo to stop creating, he would be noticed more. And that led to this recent trouble.

I'm really saddened that people would go to lengths like that, just to get their level more attention. So, I posted this to let everybody know that he is now done. The matter has been dealt with accordingly.

And that clears that up.

Eh, he wasn't happy, but hey, most kids wouldn't be in that situation.

I'm just glad I know that he won't be attacking Poo again - and if he does, I'll know exactly who it is and will be able to stop him immediately.		2010-07-04 22:18:00

Yeah, well, apparently, he was kidding. Like said in the OP, he wanted to scare Poo, and he figured that would help scare him. He is actually the only one that rated them low. Although, who knows - he himself may have not rated the levels low...

Wow, I thought that this would have been a real awesome story if it had turned out that I had unintentionally been a jerk to someone and never realized it and now they were seeking revenge, but it then had an incredible plot twist in the end. Who would have ever seen the up and coming ThisIsInsaneJr going for the kill? The thrills! The chills! Coming to Theaters Near You in June 2010!

Now worries ThisIsInsane :-) I'm just happy to hear that I didn't accidentally hurt someone's feelings!

It's funny that it sort of turned out to be a compliment for me in the end, though I have no idea why he didn't go for someone like Taffey since he blows me out of the water when it comes to... well... just about everything on LBP PSP :-)
