DCS+Sackbot combination issue

Archive: 6 posts

As time pass from LBP2 announcement more and more people starting to find solutions in sackbots as players since they are superior to sackpeople, as i know only way to gain full control of sackbot by player is use of DCS, so i'm staring to worry that entering to most levels in LBP2 will be like entering the matrix, player will need to sit in DCS first and plug in to new virtual body. I know it won't be much annoying but i think this is not how things suppose to be ^^' So i think this is good topic to discuss and speculate, so what you guys think about that?2010-07-02 22:22:00

I'm sure many creators here around LBPC will stick to original platforming if that's the kind of level they're creating. That means many top-quality levels will be the way they've always been. If I were you, I wouldn't expect many levels like what you've described. Although, I cannot tell the future... Or can I? 0.o2010-07-02 22:25:00

Well i don't know too, but looking on peoples ideas on LBP1 superiority of Sackbots might be too attractive even in platfroming solutions, keep in ming on sackbot you can apply switches using circuit boards2010-07-02 22:30:00

I don't think a sackbot could ever outshine a sackboy. It'll be perfectly fine. I believe in our community! Haha! 2010-07-02 22:34:00

i have to say i'd use it for alot of my levels simply because; it would allow me to make themed levels more realistic, if i wanted them to be a Scientist or a Super soldier, then they could select their sackbot (so very limited customisation) which they could then control.2010-07-02 22:42:00
