Ever gone back to one of your levels and thought "Wow, I was so nooby/bad/whatever then". I did on my level Labratory Attack, one of my favourite levels (it's sequel, imaginativly named 'Labratory Attack 2', is my favourite creation from my noob days), and decided to give it a second chance.
So, I started, from scratch on a remake of it. This is how it came out. The story remains similar (the evil Scientist has taken SackPeople to use in an army), however this time it's much more improved.

The story has mainly been inspired by two films, which are The Island (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Island_%282005_film%29) and Moon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moon_%28film%29). Both films are about human greed and deception, and I found this a good basis for my story.

In my level, the Scientist keeps SackPeople in a futuristic building structure, where they are told they must reamain, or they will fall victim to the deadly disease that has swept LittleBigPlanet. However, he is really using them as SackPeople who he can enslave, and make them do whatever he needs, which is making an army to take over the Cool Pages. One Sackboy managed to escape briefly, and discovered the world was not victim to anything. When someone from the outside (the player) meets him, he and the player decide to find out what's going on and put an end to the scientist once and for all.

This differs from the two films mainly in the way that instead of being someone one the inside, you are someone from the outside, with no idea what's going on. I feel this adds a sense of mystery as you wander about a Labratory with high security and what not, then suddenly ending up in a futuristic paradise.

The gameplay is standard is standard Metal Gear Solid stuff, with some water-based gameplay and in my opinion a rather good boss fight

The helicopter is ready to drop you to the Lab.

Looks like there's only one way in...

Some SackPeople being experimented on. At least they still have their sanity...

Wait, what the!?

I've also included a key to the original Labratory Attack, with some commentary.

Thanks to:
comphermc For his Interstellar Font.
xhappax For the idea of commentary on old levels.
loey1884 For being an awesome friend.
Everyone who worked on the Logic Pack Pretty obvious really, this level wouldn't be here without you!

This level is out now!

Thanks! I tried to, but I wouldn't be able to now, the thermo is so close to filling up. I'm going to go over the visuals tonight, but I'll probably only be able to use decorations and stickers.

Looks like my 7 Days are up, and I made some various improvments during that time, like:

Improved visuals
Point bubbles
Another enemy
Another secret area

Also, turns out none of the links in my sig actually linked to this page
