I think that it would be a good idea to base the amount of levels that you can publish on the number of hearts you get. This way, by hearting a creator, it would be saying that you want to see more levels by the creator, and it would help control the servers from being spammed. The default would be 10 levels, and every 100 creator hearts from then on, would add space for one more level, with a maximum of 35. Also, this would prevent players from making another PSN just to be able to publish more levels. I also think that a new feature to be able to subscribe to a player's levels would be good, too. This way, it would be easy to find new levels to play, and it would be great for publishing levels, instead of the ruined cool levels system, people who enjoy playing your levels would get to see your levels when they get published, making them popular without having to republish the level 50 times. Discuss.

Call me a pessimist, but I think having the level slots linked to the number of hearts would push even legitimate creators to do H4H. It also wouldn't stop anyone from spamming, since most of the spammers get thousands of hearts for some reason.

Would not work, too many spammers. They will find a way in LBP2, you just might not see them with the new community settings. But some system of getting more levels, maybe if a creator reaches 20 levels, he or she can request for more levels and someone will go and watch if the levels are spam or so and if the creator deserves more spots.

Well reviewers are supposed to have some form of power. I think if your levels get X positive reviews off influential reviewers. Maybe tie a few more factors into this and then it decides who is worthy of extra slots.

I think MM will try to disconnect things like rewards and trophies from positive reviews and such. Give as little incentive for that kind of behavior as possible.

I also hate the fact that the people that always have a pic of them in story levels (cant remember their names right now) have like ovar 9000 hearts and they don't have one level published -.-
