Well, what I WANT... Kingdom Hearts Collection with BOTH Final Mixes. XenoSaga (never played but would be nice D But what is likely... Ico/ SoTC, Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank- stuff that Sony owns. Hopefully Sony tries to get more companies in on it... I mean, it's such an easy way to squeeze money out of people ;-;

i don't really care much about the classics hd thing unless they release both kingdom hearts games with the final mix features.(id rather have backwards compatbility.)

Ico and shadow of the collosus. good for you, there's one coming in either late 2010 or early 2011. i would love to see an ratchet and clank collection but i dont care much about the sly cooper collection since i havent played any of the games. what would be totally epic though, would be an HD katamari collection! (katamari forever does NOT count!).

DO NOT WANT a ratchet and clank one. I already have all the games except deadlocked. I must have beaten them all more then 15 times, going commando I've beaten maybe 30 times. I would play them solely for trophies, but I want them to do remakes of big games. A MGS collection would be nice, maybe an onimusha collection but those games were multiplatform so I doubt it'll happen. I'd ask for a team ico one but there's so many rumors of that happening plus the director wanting one, it's bound to happen!

im accually suprised that mgs has'nt had a collection because its 1st party and mgs 4 is on ps3 normally a collection is made after the new game is released like gow3 made 1st then collection and here is a few ps2 games i want to be remade 1: gta vice city/san andreas(probley wont happen considering it is/was not 1st party to ps2/3) 2: sly1,2,3 (its already coming out yay) 3: mgs 2,3 (already mentioned) 4: the resident evil games (probley not because not 1st party)

im accually suprised that mgs has'nt had a collection because its 1st party and mgs 4 is on ps3 No mgs is 3rd party MGS 1 remake was on gamecube, mgs 2 was on the xbox. some spin off on the gameboy MGS 3 was demo'd on 3DS, rising is on PS3/360 and the series started on the MSX2. There's rumours of some ubisoft collections coming in november which if turn out to be true will mean 3rd parties are getting involved and any series could be getting an upgrade.

There is no reason why a third party can't get involved. Medal of Honor special edition is going to have a HD remake of MOH frontlines on the PS3. The only reason you wouldn't see a re release for definite is if an ex third party company changed 1st party to another company (Microsoft or Nintendo)

Oh noez. ... While part of me is excited for the Final Fantasy thing (which is probably what it is, unless it's Kingdom Hearts), I do wish they would do some rpg like Chrono Trigger that goes outside their boundaries... <_< >_> >_> <_<

Just pre-ordered the Prince of Persia Collection. Can't wait, out in 2 weeks . Really looking forward to see the MGS Collection if they're actually doing it. They wouldn't even have to upgrade the graphics all that much, they still look great, just make them suitable for a HD TV as PS2 games look terrible on HD TVs. Hopefully they'll be doing Substance and Subsistence rather than the originals. Oh and the MGS VR missions would be nice too if they're including MGS1 in the package (I assume it'll be a code for the download version). MGS 3 Subsistence in HD. Already one of my favourite games of all time... seems it might just get better !

After the travesty of a port that was Prince of Persia HD I'm not all that optimistic for the quality of Splinter Cell. ICO and SOTC should be great though. Same guys are porting it that ported the GOW Collection.

I picked up the Sly collection today and I am absolutely loving it. The Sly games are one of only a few titles I somehow missed on the PS2 but I am actually happy I did. Now I have all 3 games to play through and my first experience with them is in glorious HD! The graphics hold up surprisingly well, Sly is a pretty game. The trophy support is very generous with each game having it's own platinum and other trophies being handed out like candy. Ico/SoTC are the other two games I somehow missed so I am really looking forward to that collection too

Does anyone know if these HD collections will be available in physical form too? Because my internet connection is extremely slow and I'm not sure if i have the bandwidth or the patience to download them (the LBP2 beta client took over 6 hours to download) and for me, it would be quicker to go out & buy them than it would to download them.
