The Once and Future Sack - PUT ON HOLD FOR LBP 2

I dont know how many of you are familiar with T.H. Whites The Once and Future King. If not, I highly suggest familiarizing yourself with it. It is, among other things, the most interesting retelling of Arthurian myth since, well, ever. If you aren't familiar with the book, Disney made an animated film of the first book, called The Sword and the Stone. So I think I want to try retelling this epic in sack-form.

Unfortunately, I have lost my copy of the book, I was going to buy a new one anyway but this project gives me more reason too.

My current stage of progress is picking sacky names for the characters. It's harder than I thought!

I've also already started the level, but unless you really wanna see some trees it's not worth showing yet.

Whether you're familiar with the book, or just Arthurian myth in any version, I'd love to hear your ideas! Thanks!		2010-07-01 18:00:00

I loved Sword in the Stone, but I've never heard of that myth. I'm gonna go research it now...

I love medieval LBP levels, and I don't know why there isn't much of them. I know the project will be a success and I hope the best for it.		2010-07-01 19:00:00

it's not a single myth, really, it's a whole bunch of interconnected ones. including arthur, robin hood, etc.2010-07-01 19:44:00

Update: I have my opening scene all ready to go. I may or may not be revealing it, But I've decided to put my own spin on T.H. White's spin of the tale. it'll be awesome I promise.
