Getting points for killing other players?

| Ooh, a Theatre of Death! I'm sure there'll be a load of levels using the same sh*tty format as in LBP1, and a whole lot more using the Creatinator w/ rockets/bombs/fire/electricity/gas/LAIZORS/cows/etc, but I thinks there's a lot more potential to it.
