The PSP Community in LBPC's Group Pic

Hello everyone! Well, if you pay much attention to the giant news boxes that float over the forum content, you know that people over on the PS3 side are having an event where community members submit pictures of their Sackpersons and they get their photo edited into one gigantic group picture! Well, should PSP members stay out of this?

I think not!

My idea is that we get someone with a good picture set up, preferably Domink, who seems to have the best, and take pictures of our sackpeople! Would anyone be interested in submitting to this project?		2010-06-30 23:26:00

I can't provide the same quality pics that Domik can (I still have no idea how he does that) but I'm willing to help. As far as I understand, the pictures will be shrunken down anyway so quality may not play that big of a part. Now, I can't promise that I will be able to create hundreds of costumes and take as many pictures, but I am willing to do what I can. I do afterall have all the available DLC and a video capture setup.

If anybody is interested in having me take a picture of their Sackboy/Sackgirl per my "usual" quality, post here and I will take as many pictures as possible on a first come, first served basis. I will provide the raw pictures by posting them here - any and all photo editing (color adjustments, contrast adjustments, etc.) and actually submitting the photo is up to you. Please include in your post:
The material / skin to use
A list of all costume items and what packs/themes/categories they are from
What mood or animation you want (1st level happy, 3rd level mad, meditating, dancing, etc.)
What camera angle you prefer (left, right, high, or low views)

I posted mine above, the only thing that's DLC is the PVC Trousers.Don't forget to tell me what packs or themes all that stuff is from. I know it's a pain, but just imagine if I had to find all that stuff manually for everybody on top of taking the pictures!

Ok, pics! They came out well, but unfortunately this is as high quality as I'm going to get. I have the camera zoomed in as far as it will go, but that's really the best my capture setup can do. I think it should still work though.

I'm also going to add to my list that you can request an animation (like Sketch did - came out great) and also a camera angle.

First up is B3 - I know I told you to list out the themes/categories, but just because it's you I figured it out all by my lonesome! (It wasn't actually very hard at all to put together, but don't tell anybody else that.)

It's funny you should say that, because King Blue is basically my LBP self. I wear a lot of blue, and the black wig fits with my hair, since I'm letting it grow out to look less like a pozer if I can get a screamo band together... but that's a whole other story. And for everyone else, I have a new video capture unit on the way that should provide much better quality pictures than my current setup. Ok, the new vid capture is up and working. I can't quite match the awesomeness of Domik, but my picture quality is much better than before.

As far as I can tell, the only person still waiting for a HD picture of their Sackperson was cory. So, here you go:

I'm using a Hauppauge HD PVR - it's a great little device. I'm using component out cables for my PSP now instead of simple 3-plug RCA. The best feature of the PVR is the ability to pass-through video to my HDTV while recording. Just play the game as usual and press the record button to start capturing - no lag at all. Plus, I'll have the ability to record PS3 video as well.

The PVR is very inexpensive for what it's capable of. Great software too.		2010-07-13 17:59:00

Anyway, no you can't. The PSP outputs game footage with the black border, so you need to crop images and video to get full screen.

Maybe a little bit latter I will buy something similar You should! Setup was really fast too - about 30 minutes from box on the porch to recording video.
