OK so I got pirates of the Caribbean and MGS level kits is there any other DLC that is really good and useful for create mode?

Those are the two main ones, then there is the history, monsters and incredibles, which have materials, objects, decorations, sounds, music etc. Those are the medium packs. Then you have the the ico pack, which randomly comes with one of the best sound objects in the game. After that it's just stickers and costumes, although saying that, the very bee sticker pack is really good and particularly cheap, a lot of the more artistic creators find a lot of use for that and I know luos_desroc swears by it Generally it's best to prioritise if money is an issue. The monsters pack has some cool stuff, but a large chunk of it is quite limited. You can probably find levels with "everything in the monsters pack" etc. to have a browse around before you buy if you want.

The History pack isn't all that great, even if you, like me, like making historic buildings. Still disappointed. The Vera Bee sticker pack is indeed very handy.

As they have said the vera bee is very nice, there is also the music pack which although some people were disappointed with it I love it, especially tea by sea. ICO and SOTC is a must have for any creator IMHO. Unfortunately you have missed them but the Valentines and Christmas packs are rather handy also. The monsters pack has some of the best decorations in the game in it, and I know there are a lot of members on this site that use to brilliant standards. The god of war minipack is also nice.
