| Hey, has anyone been reading the Amazing Spider-Man comics?!?! The Gauntlet and now Grim Hunt have been so awesome so far, but none of my friends where I live read comics, so I have no one to talk to about all the choas that has been happening. I love telling my girlfriend about everything that is happening and she just looks at me with that "My goodness, I am in love with a major nerd" look, lol. Ya, I was getting worried about the Spider-Man comics for a while, but I really think that what is going on now is a great story. | Haven't touched a Spiderman book since "One More Day" (deal with your mommy issues somewhere else Joey Q). Not that there haven't been some good things to come out of it, I actually like Eddie Brock taking up the Antivenom identity as it actually works as a form of character development without completely casting aside what made him interesting as Venom, but I liked having Peter married to Mary Jane and both her and Aunt May being badasses (http://asylums.insanejournal.com/scans_daily/518267.html#cutid1). Grim Hunt looks pretty interesting though, but I'm worried they'll be bringing back the original Kraven for good because "Kraven's Last Hunt" was both one of the best Spiderman stories and the perfect way to send off the character. | 2010-06-25 17:33:00 Author: Dapiek Absaroka  Posts: 512 |
| ya, I miss Mary Jane. She has got to be back sometime soon...I hope. Start reading Grim Hunt, you will see what they are doing. I would read The Gauntlet first though or at least read about what happened throughout it, because Grim Hunt was put in motion a long time ago.
