Hiya SketchNZ-

I loved this level, it was crafted just the way I like it. The factory theme was very well executed, with great stickering and nifty platfroming. I knew right off that this level was going to be really cool just by completing the obstacle at the very beginning. I love the bubble placement too. You are great with puzzles. The level was short but sweet. In fact, I enjoyed playing this enough to where I just downloaded Water Works. I look forward to playing that.

I rated the level :star::star::star::star::star: and gave the level a <3.

Hey there SketchNZ, I've tried to get to your feedback when I can.
Now is the time I get to it.

First off, I want to say, I only seen one level attempting this. That is BlueBulletBill, and seeing as you did it too made the level fun. The theme of your level was in a construction like area. Anyways, I enjoyed your mechanics and it looks like you're very good at some logic switches.

Your level was nice, but the fun didn't last long. Everything is a job well done, but it could have been a job done better. You are not faraway from being a great creator. Just a few more steps and you're there. One thing some great creators have is creator's block. People tend to make a good level. Everyone can do that. Although, the challenge is, can you create a good level that takes up all of the thermo? It's very hard to get through a creator's block, but it'll be worth it at the end.

Last thing before I rate, I have to say your level is magnificent. I'm very glad to see new creators like you. So now that I'm done, I'll rate you.

Length: 3/5 (OH NOEZ A BAD RATING!? Come on, I know you got enough thermo )
Creativy: 5/5 (I liked the stickers and materials chosen)
Corner Editing: 5/5 (I like your corner, you've become better since I last saw Water Works)
Theme: 5/5 (It looks like you're good with switchs, as for terrain too!)
Story: N/A (Nothing here )

Total: 18/20
I liked the level a lot, and therefore you got 5 stars :star::star::star::star::star: and a heart <3
I can't wait to see what you build next.

Until we meet again,
-Spark

ZOMG! I inspired this, didn't I? Wow, I have to stop delaying and play this NOW.

Rushing to my PSP,

Dude!! This was another fantastic level!!

Very well done with the level design and mechanics. You are becoming one of my new favorite creators. This level reminded me of a Jackofcourse level and that is good. Very good. Your choice of materials and brilliant gameplay just put me to mind of one of his fun levels. Great job Buddy!!

Five stars and another heart from me!! <3

Hidy Ho SketchNZ! I'm sorry that it took so long for me to reply. This was the last week of actual school (before exams) at the school I am working at in China, so that has kept me busy, plus I have had a cold, so I have been heading to bed pretty soon after I get home (normally I would stay up for hours doing LBP stuff).

Anyway, enough excuses. I finally got a chance to play your level and now I am here to give feedback :-)

This was an excellent level. Everything about it was well executed. First and foremost, this is a sort of an escort level. Though the object being escorted isn't alive Anyway, I have played many levels like this on PSP and PS3, and while they always seem fun, the idea has gotten a bit old. HOWEVER: You have executed it better than anyone! I have never played an "escort" level that is this good. Some of the things you do with the switches to move the cylinder around are just plain awesome. Massive kudos to you for taking the escort level concept and adding your own layer of awesomeness to it to make it feel fresh and fun again.

As for scenery, the level looked awesome as well! You did an excellent job with stickers and material choices. I stopped to check out new areas as I came to them because they looked so good. Scenery-wise, I think that this is a step up from Water Works.

My only complaint for the level is that it is a bit short. You said that it is a demo, but it feels too long for a demo. I think that it would have been great to have just held off on publishing for a few weeks and made the level use all of the thermo. I can't get inside that brilliant head of yours and figure out why you decided it would be a good idea to publish this as short as it is, but I can beg you not to do this again. I really think that an author cripples themself when they do a thing like this. The issue is that if you make a level based off of the same concept later on, it will not feel as fresh, and if you don't make another level then we are left with a half-length level. I really think that it would be a good idea for you to hold off on publishing next time and just give us a full length level. This would seriously be one of the best levels on PSP if it just wasn't so darn short. I was blown away by how good it was getting, and I was getting hooked and I couldn't believe it when I fell down and the finish line was there! I thought that I was just getting to the 1/3 mark in the level :-( Don't get me wrong, if you had obviously used up all of your thermo by making ridiculously awesome custom scenery (i.e.: Salieri's Curses!), then I would let the level pass as being this short. I have no problem with a level being short if the thermo is being used for tech or scenery (heck, Here and There could be considered short, but the thermo is maxed out). But when there is obviously a lot of thermo to spare and the level ends up this short it makes a poo sad.

I don't say all of that to make you feel like you did a bad job! I really think that this level is excellent (hence me saying that it could have been one of the best levels on PSP). I just wanted to really push the point that any time an author publishes a level this short they are seriously crippling themself for absolutely no reason other than a rush to get the level published. I sent B3 this same long message (with different words) on his Big Blue Behemoth level because it was also fabulous but ridiculously short.

So, awesome work Sketch! You have proven you can be a top tier creator on the PSP! I am seriously looking forward to your next level!

Thanks poo! I realy was not thinking when i published this level, i was running out of ideas that day so i just went and published it, Then the next day i got alot of cool ideas for the level that i should have added but i already published it so everyone would have seen the first part of the level already. this level looks alot longer on my drawing.

The next level i make will be full thermo And hopefully have a boss at the end or somthing.

I will learn from my mistakes and be a great creator very soon

Hey Sketch
Love the level, was very very well made, and as others have mentioned, short. I liked how you made the level puzzle literally "start" simultaneously with the player. That is, the ball started rolling along, as the player moved to get going, was a very cool cue. I usually don't mind if a level of this sort is short as sometimes I feel they are too drawn out with what all the switch pulling and lever turning kinda getting old by the last act, but as Poo mentioned, I was just getting into the zone, and bama, thats when you ended it. I think one more puzzle room would have at least made the level feel complete. Look forward to your next!

Yes i agree with you and poo it did not feal like a complete level.

Water works would probly seem real short too if it was not for going back to turn the valve

anyway i just drew another level on my pad and it is looking good!

NO MORE SHORT LEVELS haha

Hey again SketchNZ,

Congratulations on the Spotlight nod! I was really amazed with interactivity of the gameplay, and I hope you can extend it to a full level in the future. Great job, and please keep those awesome levels coming!
