On LBP 1 Rope and Rods are just connectors but they would add an dynamic gameplay if this was included. You could make them grabbbable and when holding R1 you could clim up or down them. Only certain rope could do this and you could decorate them to look like vines,wires.E.T.C Post your opinions..

oh but you can grab and climb up them... i've never really wanted a stickered rob though.Just an idea.

yer but to make an user controlled base climbing affects that is also swingy would be VERY complicated and this is for the less able creators,like me... (although all my levels are 4 star +.....)
