Meelee weapons in LBP2

I've seen a lot of people asking if MM can include melee weapons in LBP2 for sackboy to use, so I just thought I'd bring everyone's attention to a Youtube video I found. Go on Youtube and type in 'LittleBigPlanet 2 Gameplay - Qore - HD' and go to about 5:23 in the video and look at what the Sackbot is holding and at the popit screen on the top right hand side. I'm not sure if you all know about it already, but I just thought I'd alert everyone to it just in case.  I'm not sure if it can be used to attack enemies or whether it's just decorative, though.
