Question about beta?

Do you think that the only way to get into the beta is to pay for Playstation Plus? If not, please recommend things to raise the chance of being in the beta for LBP2! Thanks...2010-06-17 05:36:00

maybe not but try these things


check around here alot
subscribe to sonys newsletter they'll tell you if theres any beta contests or not
check both the media molecule and lbp websites rapidly
if you have the money subscribe to playstation plus
and finally check gaming websites a lot they'll have contests where you can win beta codes

Its an optional subscription service for the PSN. What zen is talking about is this here:

Subscribers will also get early or exclusive access to some betas, game demos, premium downloadable content and other PlayStation Store items as well as a free subscription to Qore.

I'd just wait on the beta. They've said that there should be one "soon," but that's about all they disclosed. We don't know any more than you do (well, most of us at least ).		2010-06-17 07:46:00

To be honest, I doubt soon, is actually that soon at all...

From what I've heard from the create jam, it isn't ready for testing, it crashes a lot. Unless they want a Beta where the only thing that's mentioned is "It keeps crashing my PS3" they won't release it for a while yet...		2010-06-17 08:24:00
