pulsating light

i want to make this thing in lbp2. its from ZOE 1and 2, *edit i meant, make it now, and use it IN lbp2)
the red lines you see allover its body pulsate

how can i do this...?

I'm assuming you wish to make this in LBP1...

You can either make the lines out of neon material - but they won't pulsate... (And they would have to be orange, blue or green)
Or you can use strings of red lights behind red glass, and by using a piece of logic: key attached to a block on a piston that moves closer to a key switch attached to dark matter (set to speed and connected to the lights) and then retracts again. (You will have to make the radius of the switch stretch so that the key is always within range, but only just...)

S= Switch
K= Key
-- = Piston
D= Dark matter

i meant now,

and in that spotlighted level wooden platforms the title in the beginning was glowing..

*edit* also, as much as i dont care how much thermo it takes up (as long as its good), i really dont want to resort to a lag-light-fest
