question about emitters
Archive: 4 posts
Hello! I made piece of logic that uses emitters, when i tes it in create mode, everything works good, but when i go test it in play mode, everything goes mad! I mean, every emitter emitts and whole creation goes crazy... Anyone know how to fix it | 2010-06-12 19:52:00 Author: Unknown User |
every emitter emitts and whole creation goes crazy... Anyone know how to fix it I can't out of the air, not with this, sorry. Could you describe a little more detailed what happens? I presume in create everythings works fine if time is not paused? (just checking) have you tested in create for a little longer and it's always smooth, but as soon as you hit play, it goes crazy? For example: Sensor switches won't acivate if you hover in create, could that it be? | 2010-06-12 19:59:00 Author: Xario Posts: 238 |
There's no sensor switch, i will try to make schematic of this. http://img175.imageshack.us/img175/2094/switch.png Magnetic switch is inverted, when grab switch is activated, piston extends, magnetic switch reacts so emitter emitts. And everything goes good until i go to play mode. From that what i saw it might be piston falut but i'm not sure... | 2010-06-13 09:12:00 Author: Unknown User |
@Aberuberuto: "From that what i saw it might be piston falut but i'm not sure... " What do you see? Re-arange so that you can see any pistons in play and find proove. Re-Check the mag keys as well, sounds to me as if their range setting causes a problem, for me this stuff works better if everything is a bit further apart. And refrain from any total min/max settings on pistons - they've driven me crazy with their buggy behavour many times. For example: A short piston can not move very slowly - it rather won't move at all. (I know that won't be the case here, just an example) | 2010-06-16 20:03:00 Author: Xario Posts: 238 |
