Which road is there to choose? Is there even a road?

I want to work with games. I love them. They're awesome, and a big part of my life. But I have no idea how to get there. Or what I want to do within the company. All I know is that I want to make a game that rock's the world. Like LBP, even though it has not been bought as much as games like MW2. Making a game you know is awesome, and where a lot of people contribute to it, that's what I would like to see.

I have thought about different things.
Game designer? Creating characters and environment sounds awesome, I really enjoy looking at a game's concept art if it is available.
Game Programmer? Programming language and everything, I might even start to speak binary only,
Game writer? I am actually really good at writing stories, so that might be cool. Making a story. I have several ones which I would like to see come in real life.

Now, on the terms of being a programmer or designer, I can call myself, and still being deadly accurate, a n00b so to say. I can't anything about C+ or anything like that, and photoshop is still a mystery to me, even though I know to handle it better than most people over here.

So I just want to ask you out there... Any help? Tips? Some sort of course or a web page which can help?

Of course, I am onle 15, so this might be early. But the sooner the better. And no one come with that I am still young and does not know what I want to do yet, I am head-on targeting this.

Media Molecule are currently advertising a position on their website for an "experienced artist". However, you need to be familiar with using 3DsMax, Photoshop and After Effects, have a strong understanding of advanced modelling and texturing techniques, and be proficient in traditional art. Also, you would have to relocate to Guildford.

I'd apply for the job myself, except I've never used 3DsMax which costs around $3,000 or After Effects which costs around $2,000. Sadly, that's way beyond my means right now.
