Does anyone know if one friend has LBP2 and the other has LBP can you still visit each others pods and play with each other. Also when you post a level on LBP2 will it be posted on LBP?2010-06-05 23:27:00

Nope that is not possible because that will just allow LBP1 players to get LBP2 content for free which I'm pretty sure Sony or MM aren't happy about doing. Also LBP1 players won't even have the content on their system so the LBP2 games simply won't be able to work.2010-06-05 23:36:00

no and no... I think! Because LBP one doesnt have the content and they would also lose sales because no one would buy LBP2 unless they wanted to create2010-06-05 23:39:00

I don't think I've ever heard of any game sequel that allows players to connect and play with players of the previous game. I find it highly unlikely that they would do this for LBP2.2010-06-05 23:59:00

But it's technically possible, protocol is bunch of data that not care by who will be executed, same as there 3rd party IM clients of some network. It's more marketing issue as people said above
