| Whaa? I heard quite the opposite. Maynard has recently stated that, coming off of Puscifer, he's still in "labor pains" so to speak and the last thing he wants to do right now is put out a Tool album. If you have more recent news to the contrary, please cite the info. they are doing a tour, though it's not for a new album.
