I was in my pod with Yarudark (OMNOMNOMNOM) and prestonp, and this message popped up: This object has been moderated. You may not use it in an online level. I didn't even have my popit open. Can I safely assume one of the others has a sticker or something that someone complained about?

YEs as mentione above i was there too and saw this message as well, i'm quite sure it was from the other guy there no? He was the only one checking his popit.

This is usually a message received in error due to a lag/bug, It may happen without any item being moderated. Reattempting to use the item again should fix this unless you have received an error message from the LBP server. (where the messages go that tell you a level of yours has been moderated.)

I might be wrong here, but isn't there a thing where prizes from a moderated level also become moderated too?

It's the other way around, rtm. If a prize is moderated, it causes the whole level to go moderated. At least as far as I've heard. It wouldn't make much sense as prizes are not really tied down to one level. I could give the same prize away in every level...

Prizes are still a part of the level though. I'm sure someone was saying they had issue with a (maybe steve_big_guns) costume after the level got moderated. I might be completely wrong though, it has been known to happen before It's the other way around, rtm. If a prize is moderated, it causes the whole level to go moderated. At least as far as I've heard. So if you give that prize away in multiple levels, then all get moderated? dang! Maybe if a level gets moderated it finds the prizes and then looks for them in other levels and moderates all of them too? Hmmmmnnn.
